  1. so who here is running cat-less? put your hands up just out of interest
  2. paul, cool how much you want for that? atm im running just a 3" pipe with no shell over it, risky. troy, yeah i dont really wanna do that to the 3" hi-flow cat i got, and standard cats are only 2.5" anyway..
  3. hey paul just wanted to ask u a quick Q... where can i buy a cat remover, which comes with tags to add a cat exterior over a straight bit of pipe, as u mentioned in another thread. oh track use only of course!... how much are they and where can i buy it? pm me if u prefer cheers, chris.
  4. i got my catback friday arvo 95mm/3.74" hks catback, looks very nice and sounds mean, nice and loud cat needs flanges modified to bolt up to the system, so for now im driving around with a '3" race pipe' gonna get cat modded asap as it's asking for trouble atm. also the exhaust temp sensor had to be cut because it was welded into the f**king cat, grr... you guys out there still got your temp sensors?, i heard i don't really need it anyway. i found a big difference in response now, car just wants to rev and pulls a lot better throughout the rev range. can't wait to upgrade the front section. damn without this cat the fumes are horrible, can smell them wafting into the car when the car is idling at the lights with the windows down. Adrian, i reakon you should beat out the cat and get pipe through your cat so it at least looks like you've got one from the outside anyway i'm stoked with my new exhaust Chris.
  5. Roy if you put 215's on the rear, your rims will probably stick out further than the edge of the tyre does and it will be too easy to damage the rims, scratches and so on.
  6. Mine just do the 'sshhhh' worn sound when clutch is out. no squeaking, i have heard u can lube them but the noise comes back very quickly, so it's not worth it, most people wait till they need a new clutch to replace the thrust bearings but since you've just got a new clutch you might want to remove that gearbox again?
  7. on the front, that is just an addon lower lip for the series 2 stock kit. those side skirts look 400r-ish.
