Well the dog c*** that stole my car has been caught by police, but the car has already been stripped... no need to look out for it on the road anymore, thanks to all that did though, time to start searching for a new car once insurance comes through, which should have been 2 weeks ago . The guy got his house raided by cops and they found a photo of him and his accomplice standing in front of the car, the stupid f**kers. Anyway i dont know much detail yet, (how they knew it was him, where or when it was found, what has been recovered, etc) waiting for a phone call. So be wary of cheap R33 GTS25t (RB25DET 5spd) parts on the market in Perth or interstate. ive noticed that on gt-r's the vspec's dont have these 'speed holes'.. but normal gt-r's do... i would have thought it would be the other way around if anything:) R32 GT-R V-spec R32 GT-R same deal with 33's... havent looked at 34's though, probably the same.

Thanks for lookin out ppl, all i can say is ram for your life, i know Joe would if he saw it... Anyway time for me to start searching for a new skyline...its been stolen the same amount of time i had it on the road now. (1 month), also tonight (tuesday morning) is 1 month ago since it happened except this time im home and armed, damn what a sh1t month its been. Troy, insurance are being difficult, they were supposed to pay out last monday, but are obviously trying every trick in the book not to pay up, really poor after we pay all these insurance premiums ... getting vibes theyre implying we stole our own car *shakes head* f**kin idiots.

HJB, KILLER-T (AdamQ) was driving his work truck and saw my car driving the opposite direction yesterday morning at 8:30am on canning hwy in south perth (east bound). did a u-turn and followed it (bout 5 cars behind in traffic).. still has the same plates (1BEC 286) and everything... He called up central police but the woman was too busy wanting to know who he was and how he knew me etc... so police didnt do anything about it and he was following it for several km's. It drove along the causeway, then past perth police HQ, Adam lost it at the set of lights. Hopefully we can stop it if its seen again. feel free to do anything to stop it and box it in if u see it parked ill look after your bumper if it gets damaged... 2 weeks its been driving around now, that is too long. well last wednesday (day after was stolen) a mate spotted it but it was driving on the other side of the highway and tried to follow it but it was gone... Then last night a mate called up sayin he just saw my car drive past him with 2 cop cars chasing it on riverside drive. Today called up cops, they said it was in 2 seperate pursuits last night.. around freo, through melville, attadale and lost it, the other was in vic park and they lost it again... speeds up 2 140km/h. 2 seperate chases and they didn't catch it. Im well pissed off, almost a week after it was stolen and it's been seen around a fair bit, and still driving around. So if anyone sees it call the cops give location and follow it till its parked or something if u can... they're obviously using it to joyride or for other crimes and it isn't getting stripped for parts. I just want this to end, i appreciate you all keeping an eye out for it. The car also has previous damage on the front left fender which is very obvious and scratches on the front bumper. My 1995 White R33 Skyline GTS25t was stolen in the early hours this morning Tuesday 9th July from my house in the Southern suburbs of Perth. If anyone sees it can they report it to the cops straight away with the location. Fellow owners i guess you can kinda imagine how im feeling at the moment. Any help is greatly appreciated... I'm looking for a quality bodykit (front bar and sideskirts for now)... I've seen quite a few 400R kits around but a lot of them look dodgy. This one at the Perth autosalon seemed decent, also with the space for a number plate, where as some of the copies dont. Anyone know the owner of this car or where he got the kit? Cheers Chris

RadiuM, you realise that after your car lands in perth, it will be about another month until its licensed and youre driving it you still gotta get compliance work done, then wait for the compliance plate which usually takes 2-3 weeks. anyway look forward to seeing the 32 on cruises! Chris

Zahos so you have an R33? doesnt the trust universal single pillar panel really fit nicely? needs a bit of cutting does it? what do you ppl with dual guages find the most useful? boost + (voltage/exhaust temp/oil or fuel pressure etc.. ) chris

hey my R33 Skyline GTS25t makes the worn input shaft bearing / thrust bearing sound when the clutch is out idling... What i want to know is, if this is related.. once the car is warmed up.. and i accelerate softly at low revs i can hear some sort of ticking sound from the gearbox like dry bearings, and i can also hear it when coasting in gear when the revs are falling from about 2500-1500rpm.. nothing at high revs, or when the clutch is pressed in, or when accelerating hard, anyone know what it is? My car was only complied about a month ago, they usually change the gearbox oil when compliancing don't they? Does my car - Need gearbox oil change? - Need new bearings? - Need new clutch? or any other advice/suggestions, thanks.

yeah same with mine when its cold it wont go into 2nd or back to 1st or grinds... unless i pump the clutch in neutral a couple of times... could need oil change i guess? Also this could be unrelated but if i start the car up and its really cold, and reverse, once the clutch starts grabbing sometimes it will squeal very loudly, sounds like its slipping... doesnt happen once its warmed up, anyone know what this could be?
