  1. Some r33's don't have a central locking motor in the drivers door. But they all have it in the passenger door. Only have a motor if you have keyless entry. But none if you only have the normal key central locking.
  2. Hey lou15x, just wanted to ask you how many wheels did u actually get repaired, and also how damaged were they? That Aluminimum engineering place sounds good, i had a quote of $190 to repair one wheel! And that was without any painting/powdercoating. When they powerdercoat something, they electrically charge up the powder and spray it on the item (makes it stick), then they bake it. Very nice and hard wearing finish. Thanks.

    Not Fair!

It's more sus turning into a side street, just go though the 'R'BT and hope for the best. I got pulled in once, but wasn't tested, like pulled into the testing lane, then decided to let me though, weird i know. Not a real good idea to try and be smart and say things like 'did i blow over the limit officer?" (no offence Boxhead), they seem to like taking out the defect book after saying things like that.
  4. Are you trying to change the front or rear pads? Front: use a G clamp to push them back in. Rear: Need to rotate the piston not push it straight back in. You could try with a ez-out screw extractor, except they do seem to like breaking. Even more of a bitch of a job to remove a broken ez-out than a broken bolt. (They are made of hardened steel)
  5. Have a older style Apexi Rev/Speed Meter and HKS Fuel Cut Defencer for sale in Sydney. Both in very good condition. RSM has functions like 0-100. 0-400, speed cut, etc. $250 neg FCD allows you to run higher boost levels without the ECU cutting out. $200 neg.
  6. Don't force the harmonic balancer off without proper tools, esp on r32's. The shaft can break very easily if you try to bash them off/on.
  7. That is some serious brake upgrade for the rear! Check how legal it is first though, you'll need to some how adapt the handbrake to the calipers.
  8. Like the others have said, the wait is the most annoying part. But i think it is well worth it. Even though you can't inspect the cars yourself before they are imported, they seem to be in much better condition than the ones here. I got my 180sx last year, very good condition and very happy with it.
  9. What a waste of bends! Doesn't look like much clearance to mount anything. Manifold looks well made though. Although they usually make high mount turbo manifolds point upwards so you can fit the wastegate, turbo, etc.
  10. Usually anywhere after the throttle is fine, then it will measure vacuum aswell as inlet pressure.
  11. Could also try some belt spray stuff from the hardware store. Saw a aerosol can of the stuff at Hardware House recently, specially made to help stop sqeaky belts. Never tried it myself though.
  12. Stock speakers are 6" x 4" . Hard to find size. 6.5" splits fit in the doors.
  13. Any good car audio shop should stock some adaptors. You need a special Nissan one that converts the 2 pins to the right plug. About $25.
  14. Are these shocks your talking about on Nam's burgundy r33?
  15. Hey all, I'm DFLASH's friend who had a wannabe drift accident. It always seems to be the front left for everyone. You'll need the lower control arm, castor rod, maybe a castor rod bracket if skylines use one and maybe a new steering arm. It's not too hard to fix up, I have pics if anyone wants to see them.
