  1. I have prestige plates. I made a dumy set so the real ones never get taken. "starts thread flaming" took some doin but know one knows the difference.
  2. check the flickr page. I did a BT50 on the weekend Haha smarty! it is quite varied the market reponse we are getting. GT-R's to Micras. the sonata is my mum's car it was a practice run so I get your lights perfect.
  3. This 33 is in W.A. im trying to get the applicator to send some other pics. If he's got em I will post em up.
  4. Finally got a skyline to look at.... whats your thoughts???
  5. Crystalite tint will solve foggy lights. (for clear fix research 'Glassylite')
  6. Are you in WA? any pics of the said 33?
  7. thats GOLD!
  8. The day I realised the RB26 exisited I wanted to see one in an XB. Someone do it!
  9. Funny you should say that. One of the trained applicators in WA was pulled over in a modified pulsar. Went over the car. The cop never picked the lights which were done in black. Yes the tint is a liquid headlight protector that does just that. Sort of like a 2pak resin that goes rock hard. this stuff is imunisation for yellow fever. my CRYSTALITE photo page < check the half light in light blue
  10. As promised I will keep you guys informed of any developments. Here are some pics of my first go at the black tint on a D22 Navara Headlight. After rigorous training the navara light is quite a challenge to get right due to the nature of the contours in the lense. I think it looks quite nice compared to the light that is not done. Bare in mind that it is not easy to capture this tint on a camera with a flash as white light penetrates the tint and reflects the chrome background straight back, so to the naked eye it looks a little more tinted than in these shots but you get the idea.
  11. It aint no skyline.. but its the dam next best thing! very nice
  12. yes it does in a big way. no factory light needs polishing every 2 months. cutting and polishing exposes the polycarbonate lense to further and more rapid sun exposure! click my sig
  13. You better keep working out cause in 3 months you will be at it all over again... you have just successfully damaged your lights, wasted money time and energy. save yourself seal em with glassylite now!
  14. Gentlemen, Be warned - polishishing headlights with some of the above mentioned products is doing more damage than good. A new light has a sealer that stops it from yellowing under sun exposure. You need to use a product that replaces the sealer after you polish. this way your not redoing the job every 3 months and doing more damage. One word "Glassylite" google it / ebay it / flickr it / youtube it.
  15. like the SR20 you can get a FWD and a RWD version of the KA24
  16. I have the head training guy coming from WA to showcase the product. Anyone in Queensland that would like a look or info let me know. He is coming mid March. I will take shots of the results and put em up for you all to flame some more.. lol. If you are a car detailer / dent doctor / stripe master or window tinter then this line may interest you as an extra to your business.
  17. Zed's V GT-R Cruiser V Racer Sport V Supercar Both are cult cars. I say get one of each
  18. good to hear. congratulations. its the only 'G' rated import mag left, means I can bring it home and show the kids and not upset the lady of the house either. Keep it tuf keep it pure.
  19. Change the bulbs Einstien! If the product is ADR approved In a lab, are your eyes going to pick up a difference? So your telling me that when you get bugs and dust on your lights you need to compulsively pull over and wash the lights? Its not a silly idea bugs would make it dull. Im not ragging on you mate you just don't get the concept is all.
  20. I would say your driving style will attract their attention before tinted lights would. 'chubs' that car obviosly has illegal tint. Crystalite goes no where near that dark, ckeck the link in the first post.
  21. Your statement is right but does not apply here!....................... This product has spent many months inside the labs of University's studying the effects that it has on light passing through the tint. Each colour has been stringently tested under different environments. Each colour made available in Aus will have passed all ADR requirements. The product does not change the properties of light passing through it. They look tinted by day but look white again at night when the lights are turned on. Each car is given a certificate to show that the product used is Crystalite and is ADR compliant. This is what you show the cops when they ask. It won't be long before they are aware of the product and will know to ask you for the certification and leave you alone. They will book those using illegal means of tinting or not holding the Cert.
  22. There is a product called 'crystalite' that now has ADR approved headlight tints. Its not a film but a micro resin that bonds to the light. It is quite expensive because you can't DIY. Needs a qualified Applicator. 5 or so colours and claims to be heaps stronger than the OME light (polycarbonate lenses) surface so scratches are avoided. Tell me what you reckon? click the link! http://www.flickr.com/photos/12281250@N02/ PS. I am considering becoming an applicator.
  23. still ouch. I sold my 2001 turbo for 18k wheels and 'ppq'
