As GTSBoy said, while you have a ATMO Bov, the return pipe is not needed. You can; A) Buy some heater hose/silicon hose the same diameter and a welsh plug to bung in the end and tighten up the hose with hose clamps or B) Same as above but if you cannot find a welsh plug a coke bottle lid works perfect or C) I think Bunnings sell like a "rubber cap" which you put on the bottom of table legs to stop them gauging into wooden floor, not sure if they have the size you need (that's what I would the the original one on yours is)

Toshi does good/cheap basic tunes. From my own experience I could've saved myself alot of time and money buy taking it to a workshop (JEM was who I eventually used). I don't want to delve into it too much but basically what Toshi told me was my issue (air leak/blocked IACV/02 Sensor/AFM) turned out to be the injector latency weren't set-up correctly. Cost me 2 retunes, and over $300 in diagnosing from Toshi himself. Rather dissappointed in my experience overall. Forked out another $1200 with JEM and have the figures to show. Smiles everytime I start her up now. Just my 2c...

Correct, but I would've thought changing pump only, and not reg aswell to suit higher capacity pump, then of course you will see a increase in pressure at the reg because its now pushing almost double the amount of fuel. as before. And as you mentioned if the reg cant return the excess back quick enough then up she goes!

If the original 255L/PH was creating 43psi @ 14V then of course the 460L/PH will create a higher pressure at the same voltage as its flowing more fuel. Just adjust the flow back to what its tuned at otherwise you will be running richer than normal.

JEM recommended I upgrade to a FFP to reduce inlet temps? Anyone got proof this is cost effective price vs gain?

RB25 turbo and a Walbro Fuel Pump (didnt see one mentioned). 12-14psi max...

Will double check when I get home, bought a set for one injector and turns out the car had SARD 800cc Relubed the SARD's and no more leak..

I could be wrong, but have you tried testing it with reds "on" this would power up the AVCR and solenoid. My understanding is that the solenoid pulses lots of times to control boost. If you put some air into it while off, it may have stopped in an open position. I could be entirely wrong though! haha
