    Probably is running rich, as well as burning coolant. Do a compression and leak down test and go from there

    Bahaha tell me how 30mm of overhanging metal is effecting the structural integrity of the car? OP here is a pic of mine where I trimmed the ends to allow the core and brackets to sit closer and not require trimming of the reo..

    It can fit without cutting your reo, BUT, I had to trim my chassis rails that hung about 25-40mm past the radiator support. Basically made the rails sit flush with the radiator support and allowed enough room for the core to sit in a position that I didnt need to cut the reo. I ended up trimming it anyway as I bought some s1.5 foggies and then became a head ache.

    Fuel pump getting hot? Check fuel pressure when its hot..

    So double-click the part code you want, and it should go red... Now click the red book towards the top. This will search for the part number from a sub folder... Part number is now displayed with part code, description and any alternative part numbers...

    Old pump would've worked because it was never flowing the fuel that the new pump was (i.e overly rich/piggish mixtures) What reg is it? 1:1 rising rate is preferred.
