  1. Mate, there two reasons why I want to move away from the GT-R wing. 1. my ride is a GTS-T - not GT-R - why would I have a GT-R wing. 2. It's too expensive, the replicate is already around $500 without paint and fitting. Click here for example: http://www.carmate.com/product_details.php...W&p_id=8958 3. Everyones got them. I had a replicate GT-R wing on my car... what do you think?
  2. I am after two things. 1. GT-R rear wing 2. GT-R dash gauges - the one that goes above the CD player. Please PM me some pics, prices and your location.
  3. Mate, I'm after a drivers side-door mini coin pocket holder thing. See picture - firstly, where are you located? I am happy to give you, say, $25.00 for this. Pic courtesy of nizmokid - hope you don't mind me borrowing the pic. Thanks, SEE THE PIC WITH RED ARROW.
  4. Hi guys, Something happened tonight, I came from a friend's party to find that some bastard got a hammer or something and decided to smash my GT-R style spoiler on my Skyline right in the middle. It is shattered to bits and everything looks like a bomb hit it. Luckily my Skyline is still in one piece. Anyways, I am now faced with the decision of choosing a new wing for my ride. Good chance to swap to, I suppose. I've done some research, I guess I am now twisting and turning between 3 types of wings/styles... 1. Go wingless 2. Go GT-R style wing (with led) 3. Go D-Wing (drift stealth wing) 4. Go GT-style wing - the one with the metal stands What do you guys think? If you have some pics of your ride and your chosen preference of a spoiler, this would be great. Thanks fellas.
  5. Like R32line said - without a frontmount, boost controller and fuel pump; I wouldn't bother. But it would not be $4k - it be more like $2k for it to be done properly. Unless you're really serious about your track work, 1/4 mile runs etc, I would ot bother. good luck mate. I had my car tuned at Nismo in VIC and they charged me the above, most say the car is running really well now.
  6. Check the following... 1. check vacum/air pressure hoses. 2. check blow-off valve - as it's not plumbing back to the engine, make sure the cut-off hose is securely fastened. 3. Check under car for breakage with exhaust piping. 4. always use high-octane fuel. 5. make sure that the battery is charging properly, if you get constant stalls - recharge battery or replace. Thats all I can think of at the moment - good luck. But best to bring to a mechanic.
  7. Congratulations bro., looks clean and nice. All you need now is a bodykit, a front mounted intercooler and a blow-off valve and you should be set for a while. Good luck mate! Ride looks very nice.
  8. care to sell me your GT-R wing? I reckon, a R34 GT-R Nismo wing on a R33 makes it look tough as!
  9. Great guys.... Was just wondering... where do you guys wanna have lunch? I was thinking somewhere in Lorne? There's a fairly descent carpark near the information centre - any ideas? Or do you guys wanna go for dinner... we might as well go underground paid parking in the city then?
  10. Update: I have a mid-night black Skyline - if anyone has an-already painted wing (the above one) then Bob's your uncle.
  11. I think a veilside kit needs a GT-Wing ... by going the d-wing, you've made the arse look way too big... personally, I don't like veilside, but your ride is nice and clean bro. good work.
  12. LOL. Get the message. Put back your Nazi-designed flamethrowers back it's its packaging. Gggeessshh.... But yeah, I guess I kinda was dreaming. They look so nice though. I like the flair-guards, racing look. Wonder if you can get these kits made up then? OK, thanks guys.
  13. For starters, note that BOV's are illegal - a bastard copper will give you a defect notice on the spot plus a nifty fine if he catches you UNLESS..... you get the drift. Does hide and seek mean anything to you? And no, sorry, I don't have a HKS SSQ so can't help - I got a Greddy one.. makes the meaniest sound... it's like..... VVVVVVVVVOOOOOO TU TU TUT TUTU UTU... LOL
  14. LOL but at least it's still the same brand etc... the above dude had all types of stickers .... LOL
  15. Super of TRD - I saw a R33 Skyline drive past me today with stickers of all sorts on it, the front bar had mugen, the sides has Mazda speed and the back a huge TRD sticker. Uumm.... either this dude was confused or is new a retailer of stickers. LOL Also, damn, I've seen a few turboed Corollas out there, damn fast, but the engine is too small, a turbo Skyline will rip it to shreds anyways. We'lll just have to see how the above TRD version stands up.
  16. Hey Fellas, I am after a R33 GT-R Replica Wing with led-lights - want to install it ASAP, so if you have a second-hand one, a brand new one that you want to sell at a reasonable price. Please PM me. Thanks, See picture for the one I want.
  17. I think I might have something for you. PM - which state are you from?
  18. Excellent guys - i will post up details soon... should be great...
  19. Fellas, thanks so much for your support - so far, so good - therefore this cruise will go ahead. I will of course confirm 4 days before the event if there is any sudden signs of poor wealther, otherwise this is a turner! OK, sounds great, I will post maps, details and/or instructions by next weekend Sunday 17/06 - that's 1 week before the event! At the moment, I am thinking of making this a fairly low-key event as it's my first time organising... But yeah, all opinions are taken onboard of course. THIS IS OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS - however, I would like to keep it a Skylines only cruise if it's ok with everyone. Regards,
  20. Guys, relax with the flaming. It was a honest question that I had asked. I do not know how much they are worth, what it was and whether it was street legal or not. Just looked at it, and said - wow, it looks so nice, love the body etc that's all. I really want one, but after reading what you guys posted, I guess perhaps it's really expensive and not street legal then. Never mind, thanks all the same.
  21. Hi guys, It think it's up for a upgrade to my ride, my Wife and I sold our house recently and we made a humble profit and I think it's time to invest it in a good ride. I think I will buy another Skyline - I done so research and I really want the following one... can someone please please tell me if these are available for import, if so; which importers can do the job? More so, what the hell is this vehicle called? http://press.nissan-global.com/COMMON/IMAG...GT/HIGH/003.jpg
  22. Nice, but not wicked and tough enough to wear the GT-R badge. Not worthy enough yet. IMO, the V-Spec R33 Nismo-tuned GT-R will always be the meaniest, powerful-looking street machine in Nissan history followed by the Z-tuned R34 GT-R.
  23. not taking this lightly as a joke, but damn, with your accident (first pic), damn, if only the new Skyline would be similiar to a R33, with the back arse a bit pumped in towards the sides, and the lights kinda sway from the back towards the side of the back more so towards one side. looks hot. well, not like your arse after the accident but you get me. good to hear you're slowly getting it fixed. shit happens
  24. The car, the damages etc... can, at some expense or another, be replaced. Your life and that of the passenger you were carrying is not. Of course it was farked up, sad, disturbing etc, but hey - mabye God took all of the above from you as a price for your life. With the rest of your life ahead of you, do you really think you cannot earn the above again? Chin up bro, it was meant to be... luckily you're a live. Some pics would be good just so that we can appreciate the extend of the damaged.
  25. it's farkers like this gies us a bad name... damn it, not happy Jan!
