Totally agree - stock tail lights on all Skylines are sexy as...and yes a trademark look for sure...smoked lights look arse - but altezza lights or whatever they're called - looks gay-arse!!

How are you planning to connect the aesthetics to the original body - are you going to blend it and sign it down or wield? Which is safer?

It looks ok, BUT, the sides ending near the guards will look chunky - I suggest you sand them down so that they blend in a bit more. Otherwise looks good.

+1 Plus smoked lights on a yellow banana will look ugs ! To answer your question, you will have to spray them - only indicators come pre-smoked, everything else has to be sprayed.

A lot of people with the know-how make carbon-fiber diffusers for use on their car. You can perhaps experience by buying some CF and molding them into diffuser or canards yourself. I think it's a myth. If the paint has faded than it needs a repaint job. No cream is going to bring it back to life unless it's really dirty or covered in brake dust and needs a wax and clean. I suggest you go to Autobarn and ask them to recommend you a good wheel cleaner and give it a shot before repainting them. Nothing to lose, I guess.

Postage won't be much. I ordered some genuine GTR rear pods from Japan and it cost me around $150 in total. Can't imagine these mirrors costing more than $200 AUD.

Yeah that's the thing...ayaayaa...I mean these are genujine TE37's but heck, I think those stock Blue Rays Racing stickers look arse...seeing that I'm getting these second-hand and two are partially peeled off, I might as well go stickerless OR put on something different as the Blue ones are ugly as...what do you guys think? I like those red ones but they are apparently for the GramLites - can anyone confirm? On the other hand, if I put on SL stickers which look the part, people will think I'm a SL try-hard...ffs cannot decide.

I second this, but there is nothing wrong with getting a GTR front bar for your GTT, side skirts or rear bar for that matter. Just don't bother going for the whole Nismo Z-Tune look as this is exclusive to the GTR body so although you can certainly do it, it will not look good. But at the end of the day, if you want to still do it, then by all means go ahead as it is your car. Do what you want to do to it and don't worry about what people say.

I suggest 19x9.5+12 - good fitment, good concave look and fills guards well. Run with with 275/30/19 tires.
