Hi fellas, I'm going to purchase a new GTR soon and want to debadge it and want it to only wear the classic S45 Coupe GTR badge. I've looked everywhere. I think it looks absolutely awesome and tough. Please tell me where I can get a hold of one? Also, does anyone have this badge on their GTR, would be interested to see how it looks. Thanks, SM .

I think Justjap.com.au stock them...give them a call and ask. The CF look is just to add some cosmetics to the muffler - it does not add any performance as far as I know. If you end up importing it from places like Nengun.com, expect to wait until early FEB next year for your item as it's getting too close to Christmas. Good luck.

I think you won't get an EPA...although the BOV is consider as an EPA issue...he did not mention anything about an EPA, so the likelihood of you copping an EPA is low. You were lucky...I think you were polite and acted nicely so he let you off the hook. Just sit tight for another 3-4 weeks...if you don't get anything before Christmas, you're off the hook!

I wouldn't say it doesn't have room to fit a front-mounted intercooler...as it does...but it's just it's to 'hollow' and looks like a big shark with it's mouth open whereas the rest of the body is so slim...just I take on it....where as the stock front bar or the GTR one just looks so much more subtle and nimbler = toughness!

Get some new rims when you can...and get some black mesh...the silver mesh makes any car look cheaper.

Just avoid driving your modified Skylines into CBD areas or hotspots such as Dandenong, Springvale/Noble Park, St. Kilda etc....a few of my friends - including myself have gotten defected of late!

I personally don't like this front bar...looks out of proportion...especially because GTT does not really have wide guards as the GTR...I personally think the stock front bar looks best...

Hi fellas, I've owned my Skyline for just over 2 years now. I've spent nearly $50K on little things to big things for the thing and have copped 5 defect notices in the past 2 years. I've had the last straw to say the least. As most of us know, some of the modifications to our cars is simply not permitted by road laws, so is there actually a way (besides leaving the car stock) to modify our cars legally and get an engineer's certificate? For example, the two air induction rule...either the pod filter or the aftermarket intercooler...is there any way to have both legally? I do mean a POD as I'm not going back to a panel filter. An atmospheric Blowoff valve is another thing that cannot be legal and I'm not talking about plumb backs. Moreover, an aftermarket ECU like a PowerFC - illegal as helll itself, right? I guess there's no two ways about it then, right? Please let me share with me your thoughts as I'm sure we're all in the same boat when it comes to modifications here. Cheers, SM

I'm a fan of the LMGT4s but GTC would probably be better than the posted rims.

Hey mate....thanks... I'm 28 now...getting a bit old...so I might just buy a R34 GTR next and call it a day...but the LMGT4's are indeed the nicest rims ever to grace a GTR.
