  1. Mate, very good question...I recently purchased a CF bonnet as well...as to be honest, prefer for it to have no bonnet pins whatsoever...however, I am just scared that if I do 100km+ on the freeway that it'd fly off and reverse hit my windscreen or something? Is this possible and has it ever happened to anyone else as I'd prefer to keep it flush and have no bonnet pins whatsoever as I find they look ugly (even those flush ones)?
  2. So you noticed...I am impressed...it was a 'throw in' bonus as I am so into this song! What did you think? LOL
  3. You can also get some petrol and use a cloth to wipe it down...it worked for me - looked as new WITHOUT the blingy look...
  4. Hi mate, there are several places you can try... 1. Ebay - just type in R33 rear pods. 2. www.topstage.com 3. www.jetspeed.com.au They should be around $150 for the pair. From memory, there should be like 3 choices - GTR, JUN and Top Secret...they all look the same but I prefer the simple but tough-looking GTR ones. I have these and they really complete the rear bar of the R33 no doubt. Good luck.
  5. Now that's sick to the bone!! WOW. Not a fan of the R35 GTR, but it's growing on me slowly.
  6. Why avoid autobarn? Anyway, you can go to Repco and buy a whole 5 metres for something like $35.00...or do what FM said.
  7. Here you go mate: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Re...-F-t266894.html http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Mo...Sh-t267168.html
  8. I suggest you get the Do Luck kit...looks trick as...but if you want something simple and has a classic look, get the GTR Front Bar... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Mo...Sh-t267168.html
  9. Get flush bonnet pins - read my other thread.
  10. Good decision mate... But the question is...will you miss the SSHHTTTT sound?
  11. Hi mate, no worries at all. Personally, I like the GTR wing...if you want to go wing, then the GTR wing is the best wing designed for the R33 Skyline. However, you'll get people that say the drift (duck) wing is good if you are going for a Phat look. It's all up to personal preference. I ran a poll on this forum last year and nearly 65% of people voted for the GTR wing as being the best wing for the R33 with the drift wing gaining just under 30% of votes. Again, it's all personal preference. Try www.carmate.com for the R33 GTR wing with brake lights - I got mine of there and cannot be happier. Regards, Kevin
  12. Thanks fellas....I think I might just leave my rims as they are and get rims with a bigger offset when the time comes. Thanks all.
  13. If you want to drop the car by 30mm or more, definitely go Super Lows Kingies as Lows will only drop it by 15-20mm so you won't be able to notice the difference. There's nothing wrong with King Springs - they are very good if you are only after Street use, however, as the guys said - definitely consider a proper coilcover setup if you want to go track.
  14. Look, let me say this: The P-plater laws have been around for years and have been tightened up in the last 2. Do your research and you'll find out all the information about these laws. However, in general, if I was on my P's, I'd avoid doing anything to the car that would attract attention, i.e. adding wings, a big bodykit etc as to the average cop, if your car LOOKS FAST, it probably is and therefore you become a TARGET. It's like driving around if a BULL'S EYE on the back of your car. I hope this answers your question. Up to you if you want to attract more attention for a Skyline as bad as it is already.
  15. Awesome, I just put through an order with JJ the owner - he's really helpful. Thanks mate...I'll definitely be getting a professional panel shop to install this for me. Cheers, Kevin
  16. What one is you - Bec? I'm guess the front one? The one at the back on the Passenger's seat is hot...is she single? hahah
  17. Hey mate, you can get canards off either ebay or from a bodykit shop like www.topstage.com - I suggest you get the expensive ones...canards the side vortex fins on the side of the front bumper...check out some pics below mate. Read about them here... http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/109569-aerodyam...ard-angles.html
  18. Are you willing to sell harness separate - if so, please PM me with a price. Thanks.
  19. Are you selling those plastic things separate - if so , how much - they look rad if modified a bit!
  20. Thanks mate... do they grip decently and are easy to install? Cheers mate... Does anyone else have this on a R33?
  21. I stand to be corrected, but I think R34 and R33 rails are the same - should bolt on perfectly...however, I think R33 seats are slightly larger so you may have some issued with fitment in regard to the space between the seats and the center arm rest.
  22. Hi Mate, I will take the following: 1 x chrome running writing Nismo (13x4.5cm) - $10 Do you have any other white "Nismo" ones? Please PM me cost inclusive of postage and your bank details and I will transfer the funds immediately. Cheers, Kevin
  23. Hi fellas, So I purchased a "Carboniferous bonnet" for my R33. I now need some flush bonnet pins to put my soul at ease when I'm doing high speeds on the freeway...I have heard that the above brand makes good ones at affordable prices...can someone please comment or recommend other brands and places where I can get them - a rough price would also be good. REF: http://www.revolutionracegear.com.au/index...amp;PSV=Primary
  24. I actually went through all the kits for R33's and it's not there!
