Well fellas, not long to go, 2 more weeks and the movie is official released in Australia...whereas Paul Walker and cast and crew of the movie is doing the red carpet opener April 4 or 7... Google it to make sure. The trailer shows Vinny in a Dodge Charger versus a R34 GTR in blue...looks stock with Nismo Kit... the movie will be more of an cop action movie than a car movie as we've wanted so will be kinda disappointing, I think...

One of the nicest R34 GTR's I have seen...I think all it needs now is a Nismo Z-Tune CF bonnet and that'll do it. Very nice...

Hi all, Please share with me if you agree that GTR style front bars for R33 GTST's are missing something on the bottom. By this I mean that it's lacking something like a thin lip on the bottom as the bar is sitting too high. I am after a think lip/deffuser/vortex generator style thing to sit on the bottom to complete the look. Can someone please tell me if they've done something like this before plus where can I get something like this? The attached picture is of a R33 GTR bar for a Honda prelude, but it best demonstrates what I am after for my GTR bar. PS: I am also after a Nissan rear boot-heyhole badge, if you have one please let me know asap. Ok fellas, well I went to Repco and bought some slim front indicators for $18 each, they look awesome...so flush at the front where the big round things were...makes the GTR front bar look so much better.

Honestly fellas, I've had a lip put on my car in recent times too...too low is just unpractical. You can't even go into Maccas sometimes, have your bar damaged after you drive off a mate's driveway etc is just too much. hahaha

There's so many places mate...the reason must people haven't responded is because you've looked all day...so people assume you've been to the usual places...e.g. www.carmate.com.au, www.jetspeed.com.au or www.xxxbodykits.com.au or even www.bodykits.com.au If you have, then keep looking mate...or you can go on Japanese websites...

Hi all, It's been a while since I've posted here again...busy with work and other stuff, I guess...well, my front bar is so cracked that it's not worth fixing, so it is time to get a new front bar...I've done so snooping around and I've decided to go with the Top-Secret style front bar - what do you guys think? However, unlike the GTR front bar, the front gaps where the front indicators go is so large, I am thinking of leaving it bare to expose my intercoolers' piping, but this raises the question where the heck do I put the front indicators then? Any suggestions fellas? I was thinking of drilling two holes at the front close to the intercooler and put them there (a bit like the 400R style front bars)...what do you guys think? Then again, some people put tiny rectangular-looking front indicators just on the corners of those huge gaps...where can I get these those? Hence, I need as much advice as I can get...thanks...

It is nice, but would prefer the carbon fibre look...it still looks like Fibreglass.

Mate, don't listen to other people's opinions too much. Modify your car the way you want it to look, run - it's your car who gives a stuff what others think. Moreover, Nismo is obviously Nissan's racing arm - nothing wrong with putting on a Nismo badge. However, if you want the badge to stand out - perhaps spray the mesh on the grill black? Besides that, everything else is up to personal taste. Good luck.

Honestly, who's bright idea was it to meet in Noble Park and cruise to St. Kilda?? Honestly...that's BS... but you guys should have met somewhere else and cruised to another place...those two locations are like Defect/EPA heaven...sorry to hear fellas.

The veilside kit is hard... I suggest you just have a stock rear bar put on... go to wreckers or buy one of this forum for around $80 or something... a stock rear bar would do any more damage to the Veilside kit.

Mate, I do not own a R32 so I am not certain, however, I believe it would not fit as GTR sideskirts, especially towards the end near the rear guards are more flared - hence might be a bit of a problem there. Good luck.

Update: I rang this nice guy... name's James or John (can't remember). 0439 360206 He does it, around $25 a tyre...but two thing's turned me off - they only last for 4-5 months tops and will wear fairly quickly if you drive a lot. I guess, it's worth getting red wall tyres OR red wall rims! But for those that are still interested...give this guy a call - he's really helpful!
