  1. Change the skin, much better
  2. I too would like to help with getting some more regular organised drifting going on. Is Collie ready yet after being re-surfaced? Why have they not been having more events like last year (never got the chance to go to any of them ) I'll be at Wanneroo when the comp there is on
  3. Applicable/Discrete Mathematics was piss, and I wasn't all that good at maths, if that's any help... That was the only TEE subject I did
  4. Prob broke one of the arms (under the black plastic at the bottom of the windscreen) same thing happened to me about a year ago, easiest to take the bonnet off to do it (on an R31) but you can struggle with it still on, as i did (was about 9pm, and was going to rain the next day, and had no-one to help with taking the bonnet off...)

Exactly, just saying it is the biggest/best show in WA (IMO) and caters for all cars, bla, bla...just sorta seems like you guys are chickening out from the V8 boys (even if this is not the case)

Poor effort for the biggest/best show in WA....
  7. Asking for a mate... He wants a GT-R cooler for his 89 shitter, but doesn't know if only a 32 one will fit straight up or a 33 one's mounts and stuff are the same, anyone know anything? cheers Stu
  8. Yep those are them, thanks dude.

  10. Can i have an appreciation thread for my dog?
  11. haha, good stuff
  12. Front drive...front drive can't tow. A mate's R31 wagon is his tow car, it sits major on it's arse with just an AE86 without a motor on the trailer...
  13. It's a pretty normal price, they don't hold as much value as the later Red with white wheels GTS2's (That one in the Quokka is an all White GTS1). It's still about 2-3x the price of a non-GTS. Also, there is about 7 or so GTS1's, and only 3 GTS2's known to be WA. They are an awesome car, the seats and suspension are the best just needs more power.
  14. I did, but it must have started early or something, only got the last 27 laps!
  15. Yeh, only privately owned BP's AFAIK, can shop at Dewsons for it too
  16. Kinda like those yellow signs on the ground in Mandurah that look like camera signs 'caution: high accident risk area' or something. wonder if they are all rear enders near those signs? I think it's around 250kmh for thr camera to not get you. Top Gear in the UK tested it.
  17. S3 front and rears are shit, on a silo anyway RB30E has plenty of power for a P plater, just need zorst, tint and wheels if the car doesn't already have them. Out of interest, is it auto or manual? and how much did it cost you
  18. Yeh they are shit, I have one and wish I got an Exedy or something, the PBR ones supposedly 'have more clamping force, but feel like an ordinary clutch' To me it is grabby, which wouldn't be so bad if the pedal is hard, but it's not,and just doesn't feel 'right' and also will only rarely chirp 2nd and 3rd gears, a good heavy duty with a NA RB30 should be able to chirp 4th.
  19. Yeh, they do it cheap as chips too!
  20. Apprentice Mechanic at a dealer in Ozzie park, earn **** all The labour rate is $120 or thereabouts an hr, and even the fully qualified guys only get about 10% of that :S Hopefully the skills shortage will do something good and drive wages up (tho apprentice money would still be shit, but not that bothered really) Was doing Aircraft maintainence at tafe last year, but after finishing it decided I would really rather work on cars for the rest of my life than planes, and there was alot more paperwork and liability crap, wasn't a fan of that. Another 31 coming soon for me
  21. RDA = Rotors and Drums Australia DBA = Disc Brakes Australia
  22. Maybe if they made they're (Aus delivered cars) products better and cheaper???
  23. It was hardly on boost, we (people around Mikey's car) heard it as it was leaving the complex...
  24. It was flutter...only went for longer and sounded smoother, I liked it too ;D The event was great apart from the rain, and that some cars got put away and didn't come out again because of it. Some cars were ALOT quicker than I expected. I sorta looked for a SAU area but didn't see one??? Only got 6 pics cos camera batteries went flat
  25. I work at a dealership in Ozzie Park, some of the sales people for the more expensive brand of car we sell are real tossers, though most of the less expensive brand/used car sales people are pretty cool.
