RB20 was in good working order and is a standard clutch. looks in excellent condish but have not tested as it never was installed on my car. engine was a pretty much a stocka from a 33 with kit and exhaust and rims which got rear ended and KMs are as legitimate as the tacho says. was run on 12psi boost

sorry cant do compression test now as everything is out. from memory i can get it delivered to melbourne for around $250 - 300 but i can double check for those interested engine came from a 97-98 i believe. and it does come with engine mount brackets but the mounts i would say are better of getting replaced as i threw one out since i was going to used custom ones from USA for my conversion engine does come with all wiring loom but no ecu

im selling my rb25det motor comes with everything except for turbo ecu starter motor as these was taken from this motor and put on another rb25 motor has 80,000k from a rear ended write off engine ran perfect without any smoke or noises was gonna convert my 180 but some forum member ripped me off for 2g's so now i cant finish off the project. engine is in canberra you'll have to call me for an inspection as im in melbourne. $1500 ono i just want it gone 0433443055

what combo would people use when it comes to clutch and flywheel like clutch type, clamp pressure. im looking at buying a new clutch and flywheel to put my box and engine together and need some advice on this stuff. looking for something that can handle around 250 - 270rwkw thanks

hey guys Im moving to melbourne in the next 2 - 12 weeks (depending on work circumstances) and I wont have time/money/space to finish my project anymore so i have to sell it. now the car is has no motor or gearbox in it but i have an rb25det motor with BRAND NEW NEVER USED Hypergear TR43 ($1000) turbo but its needing a new alternator and ECU and i also have rb20 g/b with hd clutch minus the flywheel. i was in the process of getting this all assembled than installed in my car but i cant anymore. now the car details itself 1991 black 180sx vertex bodykit msports front bar 3" gkteck exhaust (needs new dump for new motor and turbo) whiteline adj swaybars Front rear strut bars lowered suspension on koni shocks vented bonnet front wider guards s15 front seats boost gauge SR20DET brakes 18" chrome wheels so basically I was in the process of doing a conversion but now I have to let it go. all thats needed to get the car running is a R32 cross member, engine mounts, intercooler and piping, radiator, thermo fans, ecu, alternator, flywheel and new timing belts etc car has not been defected at all so the car can be registered. thanks heaps for that. cos thats the path im going down with my 180 and wanted to keep within a budget. drifting and track will be the least thing i do so hopefully this should last me a while.

hi just wanting to know who out there is using a rb20 gearbox behind an rb25 how much power do you have? what kind of clutch do you use and how long has it lasted. does anyone do track/drift and how did it hold up then? Im looking at getting around the 220 - 230atkw with the upgrades that im doing and just needed some more info on how the box will hold up. thanks

whats the best clutch that can handle 230atwkw and isnt harsh for an RB20?
