y is the 260rs bar rio diffrent to all the others???

thats exactly what iam doing with it. going back to nissan. as helpfull as the lazy cts are at kloster spares they won't give me any parts or spend time trying to cross refrence them for me for any import. the only way he will give me any part is if i have the exact factory part no or the car that i need that excact part from. so no i have this vin no. i will go to nissan and order on left fog light one left blinker one right fog light and one right blinker. for the 260rs. as mine is only the rsfour s they wernt listed for it and the guy told me he couldn't get them for it with my vin he is such a pain the ar$3 after reading rsfouruk's post i hope that these lights do come up as a part for the autec or iam screwed will let you know how i go

wtb r33 m-spec front indercators and foglights the little round ones in the bar. the are also in other nissan's eg 260rs stagea blinkers in the type x 180sx. and other various models. if anyone has them and is willing to post to the newcastle area that or i could pick up if close enough. send me a pm if you have any info on where to get some. or just post here thanks for your help

i need a vin so i can go to nissan and get me some new fog lights and blinkers that live in the front bar of a 260rs s2 and the r33m-spec. need to now what the s2 260 rs vin's start with and and end. if any body knows this info and could post it up whould be much appreciated. if anyone owns a genuine 260 rs wwhould appreciate if you could post your vin up (don't post up the whole thing not wise idear.) post up like this WGNC3415****** or somthing similar but be shure to leave the important ones in that dictate the build type and what month in what year .

the stork looks awfully low down isn't it a bit close to ure nee? i was looking at getting cruise put in also but i don't really want another stork can you get buttons on the dash in stead or somthing else?

yep just about all nissan's imports are the same. turbo or non. ca18, rb20,25,26,30, vg30 vg20 fj20 not shure on the sr tough but they all take the z145a

now iam not one for liking big body kits but this takes the cake. if you actually picture it with out the exsahusts, flares on the bonnet and that ridiculs snow shovel front bar it whould actually look quite good and mean kinda super toring looking allmost

this will be the new front bar for my new EGA41T (andy's old one) this is what it looked like before. this time around it will have a dolfin grille though. will be happy when it's back on the road. and before you all ask. cut a long story short. bought it second hand from someone on here that happened to have it lying around brand new unfitted in primer i am tending to go with mitchy they look kinda out of place on a wagon though it makes it look more agressive. i am tempted to flip a coin. and everyone else seams to want to leave them for the simple fact of airflow It's a family wagon not a race car? not to concerned a bout air flow as that huge air dam below kinda let more than ample in and the holes will be blocked by bar rio so cery limited air is going to pass through them. so wich "LOOKS" better

i had a similar problem with a comodore. cut a long story short the harmonic balncer had a hit bent the crank a little kept killing the harmonic balncers and threw belts all the time. as the engine runs the bolt should tighten not undo so use the corect socket and a breaker bar(or you could actually look up the correct torque setting and use a tension wrench). as stinky roster said make shure your washer and bolt in good condition as well as the crank and harmonic balancer. under no circumstance whould i be using any loctite. if you use one that stands the heat you will never get it undone.

here is a pic of my new front bar. was wondering if i should keep the square holes or fill them in. (the ones in the middle above the air dam next to the number plate position) whats your opinon?

sorry all just bought a new front bar it has gtr holes on it so i have decided that the dolfin grille will suit it better have decided to keep my dolfin grille and put my badges on it. from the starndard grille should look sweet.

let me now when you go bryce i will come for the drive as my stagea is not fixed yet. goes in the shop next week wahoooo. will be driving when it's fixed

man someone in the traders section where selling them for 500 a set delivered to your door. for the extra money ($50 max who cares) it's worth getting the right ones faster and more relible. and if it's wrong they can exchange them in side a week. for that ease of mind saves all the hassel well worth it

that is a hell of a long way to go from newy it's at least 2 hours to the gong then what another 1 1/2 to kangaroo valley? but thats why we buy these toys isn't it to drive them hell i am in as soon as the stag is back on the road will be at least another month maybee 2.

sweet car wish mine was 260rs. good luck with getting to 350rwkw plan. i was about to reply only Mungel had already mentioned it i think your car is not quite as stock as you think the auto cluster looks way out of place with ypur manual shifter. so that leavs a couple of things it's had manual converson?, it's had the cluster changed? or the nissan factory got mixed up? wonder what happend????

oh my go bro easy as i run the blitz Nur exsahust sounds sweet as nice and quite enough to pass the db test. to test yours put it on and get a db meter (J car supply a chepo that you can build yourself) put the car on level ground on a flat area (not near a gutter) and hold the db meter 45deg to the exsaust 1 metre from the exsahust tip get some on to hold the car on 3000rpm under no load it shold read less than 89db (this is quite loud) if it dosn't pass leave it who cares? if you get pulled up and defected for it explaine your predicament to the local exsahust shop and they will be able to make a silencer for you to get the defect cleared and then you take it back out after it's cleared then keep the silencer for next time you get pulled up
