we get about 200 inquires a week from the U.S answered the same for the last 12 months and never sold a part, i live in japan all year month on month off and cant get enough secondhand parts for the aussie customers, i can sell everything to the states but then the aussie customers will not be able to get secondhand parts,i can get about double the price to the states but i like having a business to go to when i am home . what do i do Steve www.justjap.com

i have a perfect 95 with 119,000 k original and cant sell it because of the low k 95,s around with 50k many clients have told me it is so clean for the k,s go figure Steve

A very good rule of thumb is 10,000k per year in japan buy you do get some low k skylines but you do pay for them at auction Steve

a melbourne importer had a body shell off a 98 prelude 9 weeks ago in a container the japanese had left the front struts hanging in the shell customs declared it a car and told him to re export or scrap it ,off it went to the crusher they are getting very strict so stay with the game plan or lose it Steve http://www.justjap.com

If you have a compliance plate you should have a import approval and if the car has been signed off before leaving japan i would not go telling anyone Steve

I am in Japan right now i started loading containers 3 weeks ago of which the first arrives next week the only way it takes 6 weeks is transhipment this is very strange as most r/o r/o boats are direct the b/l will have shiper shipping company depature date etc all on it . Good luck now you just have to get it complied and registered in nsw great fun trust me. So if your mate is telling the truth he does not need to call anyone as the bill of lading will tell all.
