But....ah I wouldnt be speaking from experience or anything As for red backs, have heaps at work...one of my cars was parked out the back for a couple of months and they moved house into it, sold the car shortly after, god help the new owner. A few of the guys at work keep them as pets on occasions, yes we have heaps. After many bug bombs I have managed to reclaim my garage and my skyline, from the savage mother of all spiders...but I was staking out for quite a few hours. Needless to say, I hate them, dead, alive, skins I dont discriminate. I have even been known to jump up in the middle of the night screaming and flicking like a moron trying to escape the spider on me...boy can i think of a better way to wake up at 2.45 in the morning. My poor room mate must think I'm psycho.

Well my advice is.....Dont do it, stay at home as long as you can, in fact remain there rooted to the spot forever. Nagging is a small price to pay. Shit just gets done at home, once out of that shit has to be done by you. No fun! Unless of course you have a few million spare whereby you can buy a place and someone to cook, clean, garden and do your washing as well. If that last part is at all close, where are you moving to, and do you want a boarder? hahaha. Ypu honestly think the nagging will stop when you move out....nope the nagging baton is passed to your gf from your mum....enjoy!

well things have gone from bad to worse with my car *cries* had a mate come over today to have a look at it, once we had the timing correct...the newly installed water pump smashed...I guess this was the noise, I was so worried about. Lucky I didnt drive it. Towing it back to the guys who installed the water pump on monday, so I'm touch and go for the event. B1(MR_fanny) Ill have to wait and see what the mechanics say. But as I just paid for the timing belt and water pump to be done, I cant see how this is at all my fault. Its been a right pain in the ass not having a car over xmas and new year....

after an ill fated timing belt install, now runs like shit.... Reduced to 8.5 K I cbfed anymore. Still runs, but I think timing is WAAAAYYYY out.

mate of mine got done 168 in a 100 zone, court case was 15th got 12 months and a $400 fine, not including the impound $$ and the fact he got done miles away from anywhere, so he had to return there to pick up the car...I think he got off pretty lightly really, although he had no priors, and is an old fart, still was a tosser act and now he has to pay for it. I guess it depends on where, when and your driving history.

Bloody Narre is the bush I swear, even at work there was a huntsman on the front door this morning waiting for me to arrive... I remember once I sprayed that much of that exterior barrier spray before going to bed in my room that I was sick for a week and had like chemical burns in my nose and throat...felt like i was going to die..but did not see a single spider the whole time I lived there!! K1ngtr my garage is so clean and has hardly any webs I felt safe in there until the mother of all spiders has launched its attack..this thing didnt have a web,and based on size must have used the door. Needlless to say once my car is finished I'm not driving it...untill its been attacked by chemincal warfare for at least a month.
