  1. "The Nissan Cube is a mini MPV produced by Nissan and currently sold in Japan, North America and Europe." Presumably it is designed to be small and carry people... perhaps there in lies the purpose
  2. SAU "For Sale" Section Price Pics Condition kms Mods
  3. Spotted a 4 door Nissan Cube in St Ives about 30 mins ago. Shit was epic
  4. An aggressive body kit and wheel stance is always going to grab attention no matter where you live. My advice, drive it like it puts out 3kW and keep it away from Manly, especially on the weekends
  5. If I can help it it will be going long into the night
  6. AWD Dyno huh? Might run the Liberty for some lulz, with an apparent 180kW at the fly I should be looking at the 120kW at the wheels I guess
  7. Not to open up a can or worms or anything, but when my parents where considering on moving to Sydney they where told that anywhere is fine... as long as it is within the the Manly Daily's distribution area. This was around 1993 mind you Having been to Penrith an epic 6 or 7 times in my life I can truthfully say that the only bad thing I found about the place is that it is a significant drive for me to get there and back.
  8. This is true. It gives me many sads
  9. Oh Lawd, car enthusiasts complaining about driving distances
  10. Annual Group Meeting. Essentially some of us get together to discuss the happenings of the club over the previous 12 months and a perspective to where we want to be in 12 months time
  11. Will see how I'm going financially closer to the date, but I'll be there on the day regardless
  12. Dodge dealer?
  13. plus f**king one!
  14. It's probably worth a mention that all R32s and R33s (possibly R34s too) coupes share the same mounting points for their seats. I imagine to pass blue slip they aren't going to look to closely at a GTS-t seat
  15. Jim has it sorted out. He got a standard R33 exhaust and cut 40mm off it
  16. A particular car comes to mind. Eric AKA Pezhead's R33 GT-R on "low boost" in 2WD mode... f**k ME SIDEWAYS Stalled it on take off as apparently twin plate clutches aren't that close to standard, but when I finally got to a road I gave it a gut full. Before boost kicked in I was thinking "yeah, it pulls pretty well". Then came boost... Tyres squealed. Slight opposite turned. Warp speed obtained. Bricks shat. Apparently there is a significant difference between 145 rwkW and 290 rwkW as my car doesn't kick that hard in second in the wet, let alone a warm dry afternoon. I was also suprised how much more nimble it was in comparison to my GTS-t... I'm starting to think all the times I have been told "Cass, get some f**king coilovers already" that it might not be such a silly idea Second mention would have to go to my stock standard R33 GTS-t when I got to bolt some full racing slicks to my car at the end of a day at Wakefield. The transformation was like comparing my old R31 wagon with f**ked shocks and 10 year old cheese cutter tyres to my R33 GTS-t... My only regret with the racing slicks that the aditional grip it gave me was too much for my brake rotors, causing them to overheat and get many, many stress cracks. That and full racing slicks being illegal for street use
  17. I only noticed it as something out of the ordinary when I got my Subaru, low beams are always on! I wonder what reasoning behind the rule is... as the high beams ALWAYS come on before the low beams turn off so you always have continuous forward facing light and the low beams are quite redundant while the high beams are on
  18. Would an R33 + some shit box of a daily run around (Fiesta / Corolla / Pulsar / Imprezza ect) be out of the question? Definitely not the cheapest solution due to having to pay 2 lost of insurance and rego, but it would mean when you drive to and from work the police won't give you a second look
  19. The low beams turn off when you put high beams on as standard. I would find a different mechanic... If you try and hold the stalk between the low beam and high positions can get them working at the same time though
  20. It's a repost, but it seems pretty apt here
  21. Yeah, who the hell would do that?
  22. Saw Sheng-bert on Tuesday at Macquarie Ice Rink
  23. If the car is lacking in power either dirt drop, hand bake or clutch kick
  24. If it's the 350Z I know, it isn't lowered, it just has Amuse front bar that sits pretty close to the road Has Fairlady Z and Nismo badges on the rear?
  25. All the MX-5s I have been in redline at 6500 rpm so a limit of 6000 doesn't sound unreasonable
