What can I say, it's the drifter / R31 owner in me. If the solution costs over $50 then it isn't worth going for c/f and / or FRP bonnets don't come with provisions for a standard latch? Learn something new

What's wrong with using the standard latch with a bit of steel cable with a D shackle at one end and a carabina at the other end as a secondary (or tertiary...) bonnet restraint?

I recently snapped a swaybar end link at Oran Park and replaced them with the Whiteline upgrade ones. Cost around $165 and I fitted them myself. Took me about 1.5 hrs. If this is what you are getting done it doesn't seem like such a bad deal
