  1. can i just bolt on an rb26 head to my rb25 block? it was at 132 mph eh well compared to most rb25's on this forum its pretty well modified atleast brought to the limits of some parts
  2. you guys got me all worried now that the cams arent goin to give me crap power cause of the lifters , i mightmjust go for the laughing gas
  3. eh i got 2 bar at 4200 rpms im red lining 8k the problem is that inbetween solid lifters springs cams and gears its like 2500 usd its a big chunk of change, and its my daily driver i dont want to go with very extreme cams either
  4. oh and would those 270 or 264 cams work with hydro lifters im guessing id still need springs
  5. tell me how the ams evo's in the states do 600-650awhp with a gt3582r? on a smaller engine im pretty sure the gt3582r can get to 700 crank horsepower on my rb25
  6. i do run those numbers on pump gas actualy but with meth injection, ive ran 11.1 ona full weight car with a 165 kilo driver(im heavy) on unpreped runway with a portable 1/4 mile timing system, its my daily driver though and i want more power but id be using vp race fuels i need to gain about 110 more kw's at the fly i really want to run a mid 10 this febuary just looking at my options i guess im goin to go with gas and 2.5 bar on the gt3582
  7. ive got a 409 rwkw rb25det on stock cams with a gt3582 at 2 bar built cp pistons tomei rods greddy intake manifold its also port n polished how much would i gain with some poncams havent found any information on the search engine soo i guess i have to ask heh its either that or n2o i wouldlike the cams but just dont know how much those crapy 256 8.9 lift cams will give me
  8. no 60 foot times sorry they are 26x9 15 hoosier drag slicks and i dont have stock suspension car came with the hypermax's, but i dont think my 60 foot time is all that good to be honest, i dont got launch control so i cant leave on boost so i have to compensate that by launching at a high rpm so i dont bog and 2nd gear gets little traction also, gota remember its not a preped track its an ultra light air strip but its all we got down here im just happy to be kicking some v8 ass

  11. cp pistons, tomei rods, port n polish, greddy intake manifold, q45 tb, haltech ecu, snow perofmrance meth inejction kit, gt3582r .82 ar ebay reinforced header, sard 850cc injectors, thats biscally it for power mods, at 29 psi 630 crank hp on pump gas, basically your same setup but with the full gt3582r meth injection and a built engine at 8.4:1 comp
  12. oh btw stock oil pump, no crank collar, stock drive shafts, os giken twin plate, and no oil restrictors, next time ill have a 150 shot and c16 gas hoping for mid to low 10's

  14. today i went for a top speed run and after the top speed run my trany started whining alot, it stops when i press in the clutch any suggestions?
  15. yea i know i but eh i dont think it will be over 1 hp, my air intake temp is below 25 degrees and if you add the methanol injection it will proly go down another 5 degrees+

  18. yup 11.60 @20 psi with pump gas and a real conservative spark map, hoping for atleast 70hp more with meth inejction a more agresive timing map and 25 psi, out of the gt35r, and when thats all good the n2o will be goin on here are some vids, they are all against gutted and fiberglassed big block v8's this last 1 is against turbo impreza GT that was runing 25 psi 22 degrees of timing a 2.7 liter stroker 272 race cams meth injection and was runing a mix of street gas and 110ll octane fuel, thier seems to be a bump ont he runway which makes me loose control right when i was about to pass him but i had to let off you cant really tell that well in the video but look at the front wheels fotos of the car

Hello i would like to know the HP diference between a 63 and 82 ar gt35r, with stock cams, i was told by a couple of well known engine builders, that the diference on a stock camed engine particularly wit the gt35r that the diference up top would be around 15 whp. has any 1 had any direct experiance with something like this, 1 of my engine builder buddies dyno'd 540 rwhp on a clients rb25, greddy intake manifold q45 throttle body, with a ported head, at 24 psi with a gt35 ar .63 ar housing and an AEM ecu Regan
  21. im the first owner of the car the importer's mechanic did that when the car didnt want to start lol, i guss he was trying to take the fuel rail out without taking 1 of the screws or something like that lol, its either that or they used it to hit some 1 lol
  22. just curious how much do you get a jun pump for, in the states the greddy is at 1000, the nismo 1 is at 1200
  23. how much does a dry setup run for you guys down here its not to expensive i can buy a slightly used setup for about 1200 with the sump fabrication, im in peru man aeroquip fitings are made here, stainless steel meshed lines all made here , i hear it costs you guys about 7000 dollers to repair an engine in machine shop costs, down here ive go it all done for 400 dollers, how much do you guys think it cost me to put a 1ggte in my ae86(2.0 twin turbo inline 6) cost me 300 dollers painted with intercooler piping ran a 12.3 with that car(ofcourse i have to guide them a little bit but man a1 work), diffrent worlds, here profesional labor is super cheap minimum wage is 200 dollers a month, a flow tested port in polish and 5 angle valve job cost me 380 dollers, but i honestly dont think ill have lubrication problems
