and in no way am i saying aussies arent creative ive seen some crazy aussie project cars seriously allot of respect for you guys, but ive just seen so many projects shot down b4 they got off the ground cause of forum bashing, lol /rant off sorry guys just how i feel

for example my friend has a 460 rwhp 1981 celica with a 1jz mated with an rx7 twin turbo tranmision mated back to the stock rear irs and diferential, and instead of having cv's he had little drive shafts made to fit his differential, thing holds amazingly, creativity man its something money cant buy >P and its not bolt on

well i say half assed cause it cost me very little but i know it will work so im cool with it, either way why buy an n1 or a jun pump, 1 the n1 pump wont cut it either way an n1 pump is the same shit as an oem pump and the jun pump costs more then a dry sump setup, im pretty sure ill be ok in the lubrication dept so thats not a worry, how fast do you guys think ill get on just boost around 600 hp on hoosier drag slicks line locker and antilag, and please dont tell me how my stock drivetrain is goin to break in a million pieces ill fix it as it goes breaking peruvian mechanics are surprisingly resourceful, youd be surprised the creativity that poverty creates shit i know i was

welll thier is only 1 gtr thier are a couple r33 turbos and 1 er34 gtt thier is 1 r32 but its a gts none turbo and were puting an rb26 in an r34 4 door engine is proly goin to be at around 450hp, i bought mine for 12,000 usd not in bad shape just umm badly maintained, slipped timing belt,bent fuel rail, 3 injectors were not working, the ecu was malfunctioning, suspension was shot, and the paint on the hood was messed up, the intercooler had a couple holes in it, had a fuel pump from a 1.3 liter na car, its been a little hectic but it has paid off at the end, my friends er34 cost him 26k usd but it was a grade 4.5 and he imported it him self uras thanks allot for your comments, yea forrums are the same anywhere in the world you kinda get used to it, soo you say with some arp main bolts itll get the job done, any other concerns?? btw check your pms Regan

well the snout is too short so thier is too little contact surface between the drive and the oil pump i did a half ass fix goin to see how it works out

hi most of you dont know me abo bob paul r33 and anty(guy with the almost pink burgandy r33 with the pimp my ride rims) i have a left hand drive r33 s2 40th annyversary edition let me list my mods Haltech e6x 720cc injectors tomei rods cp pistons gt3082r tial wastegate hks fmic snow performance meth injection arp bolts all around 1 3/4 turbo header greddy intake mani(on its way) port and polish acl race bearings STOCK OIL PUMP(thats right) stock cams and gears my own crank collar solution(dont ask wont tell, for fear of being laughed at) ---------------------------------- im in between a single 200 wet kit or a directport 250 nos kit im planing on runing 25 psi on the street and 31 psi with race gas hopefully goin for 600 just on boost then a 200-250 shot just to give it an extra kick now i know you guys like to point out the flaws in every 1's project which is what im hoping for abo bob thinks it wont even start lol paul doesnt even talk to me anymore( he rarely ever did -shrug- ) lol so yea want to hear some feed back let me post some pics this is b4 i took her apart btw im not 1 of those gtr wanabes car came from nissanw ith the gtr wing midnight purple and it came from japan with gtr series 3 seats and a gtr dash im not complaining

ty guys so much heh, umm yea its true tis converted to lhd unfortunatly it wasnt a very clean job, ill post some enbine bay shots even though its kinda of embarassing its like askinga 180 kilo guy to take off his shirt but here goes nothing thats when the car was for sale at the importer, notice how everything is rusted well all the bolts n stuff, and yes its a tight fight, and i cant use any aftermarket rb25det exhaust manifolds so im goin to have to make my own for my turbo project, im goin for 450 crank hp out of it i have a couple of locals i need to beat and as for the turbo well i only run 14 psi when im racing or if i find some 1 fast on the streets but most of the time its on 9 psi as for the headlights, umm yea its like 1400 usd for each s2 headlight here in peru and it would take 3-4 months to get here

btw im not a gtr wanabe it came with that front bumper it came with that rear wing and it came in that color, i heard that some 40th annyversaries coem like this, its the first 1 that ive seen that came midnight purple, and its the original color ive taken the whole car apart to see if it had another paint originally

hey im an american living in peru, happend to buy a 1998 r33 40th annyiversary 3 months ago, in pretty bad state, it was a drowned car, when i bought it 3 of the 6 injectors worked the fuel rail was bent, the tming belt was completely loose and skipped 2 teeth,the steering rack termianls were all with huge play youd lift the front tires and you'd have 3 cm's of steering rack play, it had a horribly made 1 1/2 inch exhaust thats right 1 and a 1/2 inches, it had a chunk of the front left rotor mising(dont ask) it had 4 blown shocks had a broken clutch fan, the rims were basically squared, the nismo dashboard didnt work at all, and half othe car was badly painted(the car came out of nissan midnight purple) looks like the prevous owner had a fender bender and repainted it with spray paint, and its an s2 with s1 headlights lol oh and it gave me 7 km's per galon and was runing uber rich Well after the dismantling fixing welding soldering sanding painting bending farting praying, it finally started to take shape, painted it fixed the engine trouble the fan the fuelrail the injectors, made a 3 inch exhaust rewired the gauge cluster put some hks hypermax II suspension it was fianlyl starting to run like a skyline but it was giving me 7 km's per galon, i tried everything tps maf coils plugs fpr injector orings etc etc etc finally i decided to fork over some cash and buy a haltech e6x best 1600 dollers ive ever spent(not cheap tog et aussie products in peru, 1600 tuned was the price i paid) solved all my problems, it currently gives me 35-30 km's per galon, now that all that was fixed it was time to try to get some hp out of the lil guy, after allt hat my poket was prety bruised and abused, the car ame with an hks fmic (with 3 holes i had to fix), other thent hat the only other performance parts i had was my home made exhaust and the haltech, oh and the blitz air filter, i bought a blitz sbc dual, and stated raising the boost and with my tuner, we finally started wake up some of the druged horses i had under the hood, when we were finally pleased with the results, i took ehr to the dyno( peruvian dyno es hp vs speed) no torq only hp, and she threw out 327 beautiful horses( @ 1 bar ) i was so proud and happy that day, soo i dicided to take her to her first drag event i was so worried, heh so with 300 tread wear street tires 1 size to small for my rim, i lined up and ran 12.9 ET i could have died that day and i wouldve died happy lol, heres the video here are some pics an extremely special thanks goes out to Abo Bob, and paulr33 for all the help theyve given me these past 3 months, i wouldnt have been able to have done this without thier help

well i think i have a camshaft/vct problem the car is sluggish when i rev, thier is also a soft clunking sound coming out of the vct solenoid area nota click more like a clunk when i hold about 3k rpm it doenst make the sound but when i let go of the throttle it starts clunking its way down to idle, and when i unplug the vct solenoid it remains sluggish and i dont notice a change at all in the engines performance. any 1 have an idea of what it is and what i have to do to fix it

the fuel rail isnt stoping fuel flow, the previous owner i suspect tried toforce the fuel rail out or something and bent it upwards 1 of the injectors isnt totally flush with the manifold so its sucking/blowing air through thier only 1 injector though -

thier is no way its just the fuel rail and i wont be able to aquire a new 1 , is thier anything else it might be, other then that small leak -
i have a 40th anniversary sII gts25t and i have some problems the car first of all has a small air leak from the fuel rail thats a little bent out of shape and its not sealing, but it still boosts up to 7 psi but the car is really slow, a n/a stock sr20 is faster, the car kind of slugs its way up the tach then at high rpms you start to feel a little push but thats about it the compresion is fine the idle is fine it sounds liek all the cyl's are firing its just uber slow, any suggestions? heh i know its not too discriptive but some help would be highly apreciated
