  1. i hav got a gt35 to go on a 6boost manifold with a turbosmart 48mm waste gate. i havnt put my new motor in yet with the turbo setup but i dont no if it will fit with ABS!! looks like its gonna b tight!! post pics if u hav a setup like this or even just a high mount manifold and ABS brakes so i can sorta see hows close things r gonna b.

  4. it will b ok as the afm will compensate for the extra volume of air entering the engine. although u will find it will b running a lil lean as the boost has been raised. but it will do this even with the stock turbo. fittin a apexi SAFC-2 will fix this n b cheaper than a remap. it will also give u more top end power as the a/f ratio will b at a more power productive level. remember tuning is the most important aspect of the power and engine makes. an engine could hav all the bolt on's in the world but its the amount of fuel and air, and when it is ignited that makes the power
  5. i would highly recommend lewis engines (www.lewisengines.com.au) especially for rb25 as he sponsors a series 2 r33. i just got a wild rb25 built and its insane! checkout my pics. top quality work and no's his RB's also does everythin in his own workshop so the price is great. he is based in S.A but will organise frieght etc. took 3 days for my engine to get to my house from the day he sent it and had no probs wotsoeva
  6. here is the chart for stock bearing sizes dude. its out of 1 of those online manuals. i would suggest gettin 1. but if u need ne other info let me no. hey i spun no 1 bearing and snapped the conrod too. its gettin fully rebuilt with forged everythin, gt35, microtech ecu etc. 16g later haha it will b worth it thou newayz let me no how it all goes with ur t04 n show me the dyno sheet wen ur done.
  7. r u definate thats its an rb25?? coz by lookin at ur dyno sheet the power curve looks like it doesnt hav the dip wen variable valve timing kicks in around 5000rpm. that figure looks spot on for a rb20 runnin that boost with the mods u hav. hav u checked the engine number on the block?? check out my dyno sheet on my profile. i had rb25 with stock turbo n stock ecu then. just exh, cooler, boost cont, pod, safc2 @ 13psi
  8. ah i remember ur car in a magazine (2rismo). dude how the hell does a stock turbo flow enough air for 300kw plus atw when its rated at around 300hp?? and ur motor served u very well!!! mine was making 280hp atw with stock turbz @ 13psi and the no1 cylinder rod spun a bearing and the rod snapped!! ggrrr oh well ur like me n fix things properly haha i got a fully forged motor with greddy intake man, gt35 with 6boost manifold and turbosmart gate, also microtech computer and all supportin mods. cant wait till the engines done ye ha!!
  9. im pretty sure 220kw is never goin to get u into the high 12's, im pretty sure u will need at least 300kw with some nice semi slicks to pull somethin in the 12's with a 33. unless u gut ur car. my car made 209rwkw, i got a 2.01 60ft time with 265/35/18 federal 595 tyres and still only managed to get a 14.01. i could of probably got a 13.9 or a lil lower with the stock rims with some nice street tyres.

  12. this is pretty obvious guys. ur lsd is slipping!!! on the right side!!, while the left wheel is locking. hence round a left corner u get wheel spin while the w8 is off the wheel. n round a right corner the w8 is on the left wheel (which doesnt slip) causing it to loose traction and go sideways. time for a kaaz mechanical lsd!! $1000 should do the job
