hmm, aparently still i have to take the head off to change the seals

it ended up being the valve stems, the compression was up somewhere near 170 psi on all pistons, THANK GOD FOR THAT, i rang up a couple of places to get the steams fixed they quoted me roughly 1500, then i rang up Speedtech Racing and they have a tool where they dont need to take off the head, he said he fills the piston up with compressed air and he uses a tool to extract the steam. obviously the valves wont get reseated... but at this point im willing to ignore that. so im hoping when he rings me back it will be quite cheap

ill be honest, in the market for a gtr motor, and in the past ive burnt my self buying a dud engine, can you prove the compression is good, valve seals etc.? when was it last running? how many kms?

hi, i have just spent alot of money on bolt ons for my my new car, i bought a rb25det with box and put it in a vl, added a heap of bolt ons got a auto elect to wire it up, after a couple of days starting it up and such was running a lil bit rough, now today, the car sounds like is miss firing, and its blowing some white smoke, the motor had been sitting in a garage for a year before being started again, please help what could be the problem and how can i fix it?

i have a microtech lt12 on the way, i just want to know canu select the size of the injectors in the software? also any one know if i can fit gtr injectors onto a rb23det ?

bought a microtech lt12 should expect good results, what do u think if i get 440cc or 660cc injectors what do u think ill get out of it then? is there much reliability past that point
