How did the Semi's hold up Chad? Much wear on them?

Well i just got home. Had a ball. Weather was a killer in the morning with water temps around 100 degrees. The Cool change came around 1.30 and dropped water temp around 10 degrees. Lex had boost issues so he only done 4 full laps. After the 1.30 sessions i was the only one on the track. And yes i did spin, yes i got some 4wheel drift hehe. cant wait to do it again.

For anyone going to the grip day on saturday, we are meeting at the Caltex pt wakefield rd at 7am. Theres a nice cool breeze right now

Looks like im not running brake ducts anymore, wipped them out on the drive home lol. Should have enough cooling tho. I'll just use tomorrow as a day to get to know the track and my car better. Wont go flying out there.

Got my brake ducts in, hooked up the sandwhich plate i got from Just Jap and the plate leaks like a mofo Looks like i wont be runnig my oil temp and oil pressure gauges Other then that, back seat and boot trim is all out. Just need to hook up the fire extinguisher, get some more Oil and that should be it. JUST JAP IS JUST CRAP

Damo, next car show that Shannons have a display at go and talk in person. This how i did it, when Extreme horsepower had there show on. After you talk to them abit and show them your a car enthusiast you will get covered. Once they have sent the letter out in the mail, go and visit them in person. (the only way i got covered for 30k was to take my car there and show them). They looked all over my car and finally agreed on the value. My car is my daily driver also. It will be cheaper again if i have less use of it.

If your keen to get into track work also Damo get yourself a CAMS licence and get a cheaper price again.

Another Shannons customer here. Started with them when i was 20. 21 now paying $1648 a year, 900 excess and insured for 30k. Car owes me close to 35k at the moment. I have even spoke to them about the 26/30 saying theres no way it will be getting through regency and even then said thats fine

gotta love getting back pay. Now to save up abit more and drop some more cash to the turbo fund.

I think Harvey Norman marion rd pissed off a customer cause someone went around and put all the air con thermostats upto 50 degree's yesturday lol They had to call a electrician to find out what was wrong

yeah true lol, i could wind it out to -1.5/2 degrees on the rear but the tires would stick half way out the guard lol Once i get the guards flared at some stage i should manage -1.5 to -2 degree's on the rear. The front is perfectly set up for track at the moment. Big thanks Adelaide Tyre Power

Got my car wheel aligned for this today. Front - +1.2 toe, -3.75 camber, +6 caster Rear - +1.0 toe, -3.00 camber would be good to wind more camber out on the rear but the cops might not like it hehe

as long as the ATI harmonic balancer and the external oil pump group buy is going im happy

yeah 2 fake fiberglass animals. They arnt cheap and not covered on insurance as they are outside on display.
