  2. Front guards removed and so are my headlights. Now to remove basically everything from the engine bay for painting Not the best day to be working on the car.
  3. Ive brought a BNR34 motor over from Japan and didnt pay tax or duty since it was marked as under 1k

  6. Hey mate, to get to the top 2 bolts u need to undo the gearbox subframe, so the gearbox is hanging, raise the car up alittle then u will need roughly a metre long extension on a rattle gun to reach the top two. Make sure all the speed sensors and connectors are undone. Luke

  8. If ur going flare a rubber mallet is better. Paint will crack tho. And time to do it i got no idea. Im pretty flat out atm and the next few days will be a stinker.
  9. yeh, the wheel on it is slowly getting hammered from doing gangsta flare jobs so can only do a slight roll. Also just went to shannons dropped 1k off my insurance cause the cars not in a driving state atm yay. Also big thanks to Blue32 (Andrew) for doing a awesome port job on my stock 26 manifolds
  10. With out man, should still be able to get it cheaper through my jap mate tho btw come and pick ur old clutch up from the workshop doing a mass clean out.
  11. Cheers mate. Next step is to strip the engine bay out, and get the bay ready for painting. After that drop the front subframe, paint it Nismo silver with nismo bushes throughout. And while all that is getting done assemble the 26 and get that ready. Might try and roadtrip it over to NSW to watch the superlap

  14. Last Saturday up in the local Adelaide hills my clutch decided to shit itself, basically i couldnt move, could start the car in gear and nothing. After waiting 4hrs for a tow truck i got the car back to my brothers workshop and decided to pull the gearbox out the following day. This is what i found.... After getting the gearbox out i decided i might start on the engine And this is how it looks now Cheers Luke

  18. Hey Jenkies how are u mate? Just letting u know if u dont already, but my engine was getting stuck on the front diff shaft, what u need to do is open the front diff housing, in the middle there a 4 splines which rotate around, u need to put a lever bar in there and a slight tap will pop the shaft out. This got me stuck for a good 3hrs.

  20. Time for car update After getting stuck on a dirt rd in Ashton and then towed to adelaide/loby rd and then towed to the workshop i decided to see how my clutch looked. I actually manage to get the gearbox and clutch out all by myself After that i decided that since im on holidays till monday i might start taking the motor out. I manage to do all that by myself from sunday to today
  21. Just got the call from nissan Off to get my parts. Woohoo

  23. and launches, Stock clutch has served me well now for nissan to hurry the fu*k up with my parts so i can get my new engine in.
  24. My car is f*cked. Clutch has basically blown up inside the gb. Put it in a gear and no power what so ever. Waited like 3-4hrs for a tow from ashton today. Fineally got it back to the workshop and will inspect later. Atleast next time I'll be driving with a 26 in it. That's my day.
