The kit/part number is B7200-B0125. I ordered mine through my local Nissan dealer. It came with 2 filters, 2 form paddings and 2 stickers (which just reminds you when you changed it last) Here are some photos of how my old filters look like compared to the new ones. The pdf is part of the instruction manual that came with it. Yes, it's in Japanese but the picture is very pretty forward. filter_manual.pdf

I believe the gold letters are factory options as well. Don't know any site that shows R34 factory options but I would guess it will be pretty similar to the R32 ones which i saw from http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/t4...factory+options
