  2. Im running Enkei RP-02 17x8 with 235's and 17x9 with 255's, chucking a quick tape measure over them im pretty sure its up 30 front and 38 down the back.

  5. If you have tried everything including going to stock dump pipe etc id say there is an Actuator problem too. See if you can get another one somewhere. I tried a million different things to fix my spiking. In the end it was the shit split dump. Gone to an R32 Actuator and wont ever look back.
  6. We get them in NZ. Cheap as balls. Why? Because they suck. Last one i saw sat on a lot for 9 months. Had full exhaust and a mean set of headers too. I just dont think anyone buys an S15 for the hell of it. They want the turbo. haha

  10. In my case it did still spike, with the split dump. But when i went back to the stock dump and HKS front it was fine. So from experience, id recommend a bellmouth if you are going to upgrade.

  12. Well +1 is 14psi approximately. So 7psi should be around the line between 0 and +1 It should feel ALOT different. The power delivery comes on so much stronger immediately.

  14. ^^ X2! Id like to see a list of reasons why the Blitz is retarded. Seems to me like its the ideal front mount for stock R33's.
  15. I use Turbolite too in my R33. Dont see what the problem with it is. Using the 300V on a street car is way overkill IMO. Maybe in a highly strung engine its alot better, but in humble old NZ i have to get even Turbolite from Aus, and its not cheap. I noticed the car runs alot smoother and idles alot quieter with the Turbolite. Apart from the exhaust and fan, the engine is silent. Cant be all bad!
  16. Im unconvinced about this "throttle response" stuff. I had an R34 SMIC on my R33, and the thing would be RED hot after giving it a bit of stick. The hot side, the core and the cold side. Heat soak FTL. Went to a Blitz LM. Not an ounce of throttle response loss, and sweet FA turbo lag. Dont see the big deal. Plus, it stays cold!
  17. But the JJR ones have a very long split pipe? And the HKS one pictured above does not.. And for reference for Tough R34 here is my HKS front pipe. Not stainless.. mild steel are expensive enough

  19. Its a shame.. why did you ask if you had ordered it already? I would totally stay away from the split dump pipe. They are horrible. Mine gave me nothing but issues boost wise, even after grinding it out for the wastegate to clear it still over boosted. GL tho, i hope you dont have the same problem! (and GL installing it they are tricky!)
  20. At a guess i would say yes. GTR wheels fit, and (dont quote me) Stagea's run a similar 4wd system to the GTR? Offsets would be similar id imagine.
  21. Yusss Another peep with that seemingly uber uncommon front bar! Wish mine was purple tho.. always wanted one that colour! As people have mentioned.. say goodbye to your wallet! Burn those CC's now! I bought my exhaust 4 months before i even owned a Skyline Spent a sheeetload since too... but its all worth it. Love it to death. Bar the colour we have the same kit overall too. woot! action shot
  22. That, was a dam interesting read. I know what ill be doing if/when i rebuild. Totally clears up why my mates Civic he rebuilt (12.1:1 compression, 306' cams, 10,000rpm etc etc..) used to smoke all the time. He nana'd the thing for 5000km i believe, only ever hitting VTEC once. Blue smoke used to piss out during deceleration. Shame a valve snapped and cracked two cylinder walls/pistons not long after...
