My car has 70,000ks on it, based on that my guess would be that shocks were installed for about 40-50k. Fulcrum told me the spring rates were around 4-5kg all round when I got them swapped, feel free to come and measure if you want a definate figure. I'm not sure whether the standard mounts will go with these, but fulcrum suspensions would be your best bet to find that out. You can ring them on 1300 787 736.
