I missed something. If the vg30 turbo u got is ball bearing then u need to change the bango fittings to a larger size also, if its not ball bearing no problems .

My hi-flow uses a Sierra cosworth inkenel one piece rear wheel with a t04 v-trim front wheel. Its in the stock rb20 housings. The vg30 turbo will fit straight onto the r31 rb20det with only the outlet pipe on the compressor housing needing slight modification. Or u just use the outlet pipe off a rb25 turbs.

Yeh there actually pretty cheap to buy in the UK but usual story of import fees, licencing etc etc brings em up into the unreachable for most category.

Theres definetely alot more r33's on the road this year. I hate to say it but theres more r33's on the road now than WRX's S14's , S15's and whatever other import which was sold locally. Theres not as many as say a SS commodore but it could head that way. Part of that swayed me into a r32 and not a r33 , oh and the fact they look tougher

You can get an internally gated 2835R as ive seen one on my bosses EVO6 . There an awesome turbo . Full boost by 4k on a 2L and rated at 450hp.

Mines making about 220rwkw's with 1.2bar and hi flow.

Don't bother . I did thhe vg30 swap onto my r31 rb20 and it wasnt that great. A hi flow is much much better.

Im about to make the decision of using 550cc injectors or sticking with my stock injectors and running 10psi more fuel pressure. It will pretty much be at 100% duty cycle though if i go this way.

Yeh but the rb20 is six cylinder and the sr20 gtir is 4 cylinder which means you have 2 more injectors on the rb20. This means that its actually putting alot more fuel in. Not just a step up from 440 to 550 because theres two more cylinders.

IM thinking fuel pump. Mine didnt show up as losing pressure but it was ****ed. Get a 040 in there.

I;d go the HYBRID cooler. Best cooler i have seen for the price. There flow and cooling properties are excllent.

Most RB20 boxes have a nice shift until the sycro's wear out. I got one rebuilt with new syncro's and bearings and it was really good. If its crunching u need new syncro's. Its not the design of the box , just the abuse from changing fast. Still im gonna have to invest in a rb25det box soon as the rb20 box keeps breaking . Clint , i also just got a nismo 2 way mechanical diff . Hows the traction improvement And the circle work :D

Well basically your a "net parrot" who has no first hand experience but comes on here thinking he knows it all with things that "you have heard" . Grow up and get some first hand experience before saying things you dont you.

RB30 NA's dont put out 120kw;s at wheels. I had one with a few mods was lucky to push out 98kw;'s at wheels. Im not knocking the RB30DET as im building one myself , but you cant take away the power a rb20 can make with reasonably small mods. u can make 300hp at wheels outta them with stock injectors , ECU , and AFM.

Comments like this make me think how many idiots there are. I got around 300kw;'s at the engine using a hi flow rb20 turbo front mount and a rechip. Gee how much did i spend. not even 2k so far.

Theres a kit we are looking at bringing in which converts doors to gull wing. Its really not that hard to do. Not sure on price so far but PM me if interested.

Put a bosch 040 internal 600hp pump in. Easiest pump to install into a r32.

I got some mobile dude to clean and flow my gtr injectors before i put em in. He said he got a 40% improvement in flow out of them. Also he puts new seals and gaskets on them. All for 90 bucks. Bargain.
