It was advertised for $20,500 when he updated it on 9th Feb (link)... and we all know Carsales require a seller to log on every 3 weeks to keep the ad active. So, why would he have to keep the ad active on 12th March (link posted by that tonton dude) if you had already bought it before 9th Feb for much more money? You're not making much sense.

If he got his red P's before the 14th of July, 2005 in NSW (meaning he is on his green P's now), then he has nothing to worry about. The restriction rules don't apply to him. No need to tell him how stupid he is if he's not doing anything wrong.
