Just get a piece of long metal wire and bend it into shape. The rear sway bar only help oversteer. A few regular trackies take them off to reduce oversteer.

Good work buddy. Thanks for sharing that BTW I think you forgot to put what socket size on page 5, item number 2

Is There Any Good Mobile Dent Remover Or Panel Beater In The Gold Coast
9krpm replied to 9krpm's topic in Queensland
The chassis metal is extremely soft. I was able to massage some of the dent with a big allan key. I just couldn't massage the dents near the front. It would be nice to have some of the tools that dent removers have. -
The Mines dump pipes were designed for Garrett turbo. As far as I know they don't have dumps for Greddy. You will either have to use the Greddy or custom because the Greddy wastegate hinge is on the reverse side of the Garrett. I am selling a set of T517 so the custom dump is reserved for the turbo buyer. If the buyer refused to take the offer then it's available on the market. Sorry for any confusion.

Please Give Me Some Idea On How To Repair Dent In Chassis Rail
9krpm replied to 9krpm's topic in General Maintenance
I used a big allan key and was able to massage some of the dents out The metal is a lot softer than I expected. There are few more dents all the way at the front that is quite difficult to reach...I may need to call a dent master to come out. I am really keen to know how your repairer remove those dents blind_elk -
Please Give Me Some Idea On How To Repair Dent In Chassis Rail
9krpm replied to 9krpm's topic in General Maintenance
Thanks blind elk. I know they are not jack point but the jack points are usually collapsed in most skylines because of age or overservicing The transmission mount is too far back to use for the hoist as most of weight of the r32 is at the front. The engine subframe is too far forward for an asymmetric arm hoist. So that point is often used by workshop to lift/jack the car I have access to hoist and welding machine. Is there any DIY fix? Also how did the crash repairer fix your? -
My car has been over Transport inspection pit and I was provided 2 weeks to repair these "jack/jack stand battle scars" to maintain the manufacturer rigidity I saw somewhere on this forum that someone make brackets/panel for these things so that I can just weld them on top of this bent chassis. The search is down at the moment and not very useful. Does anyone know where I can get them from or what else can I do to fix this issue? I now know why there is so much love for the Transport inspector. I've been asked to fix up a few other minor issues too like replace a missing plastic part behind the door open lever, enclose and vent a dry cell battery in the boot etc etc. However PLEASE please keep this thread healthy and constructive

Andrew, you are fairly fast at Mallala and your engine failed at the track. Have you consider other causes especially oil surge with your setup? What oil pump and oil cooler have you been using? What was your oil temperature when the engine failed? With the amount of g force you are doing around Mallalla, the Trust baffle insert may not be enough if you have a high flow pump. I think a Trust sump extension kit will help your oil surge

T517z Differences Sr20 And Rb26 Model
9krpm replied to Equinox's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Is it correct that the T517z is called T518z for the SR? Also does Greddy make T618Z for the SR? -
R34kid, that quote is really cheap. I just coated my other dump pipes by Competition Coating in QLD and the coating for those 2 short pipes costed $280 I will take some mores pics tonight. The above setup were big enough to flow 2 largest low mount Greddy turbo on a stroked RB engine so I wouldn't worry about restriction I am uploading more pictures of the front pipe now. That black thing on the picture is a shadow as I took the picture late last night. There isn't any dent around there. There is small dent on the under side but is only minimal and is expected for a lowered car You will see in the pics shortly. Overall the pipe is still in good nick. It's has a 20cmx8cm pipe and two 80cm by 7cm tuned pipes. R34kid, if you can still get both side black ceramocoat for $125 please let me know so I can send stuffs to Jet Hot for coating in the future.

All PMs replied. The Mines dumps are still available. I am still waiting for reply from R34kid on the Mines Pro front pipe. The custom dump is on hold atm If you check the cost for ceramocoat you will realise that I my asking price are ridiculously low lol I am on leave from work at the moment and I am just keen to clear some of these stuffs out of my shed

Greddy T517z And High Flowed N1 Turbo
9krpm replied to 9krpm's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
PM's replied The custom stainless dump pipes pictures are in my other Mines exhaust sale thread. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Mi...24#entry4072924 Here are the pictures for the enquirers You will need these custom dump or the Greddy dump pipes for the Greddy turbo. The wastegates on the Greddy turbo's open in the opposite direction and won't clear most dumps designed for Garrett turbo. The Greddy dumps are expensive and a freaking nightmare to fit. These are easier to fit than the Greddy and still have the bigger 3" diameters. They are big enough to flow the biggest Greddy low mount turbo on any RB engine. I am only asking for 250 for these lol. Purchaser for the greddy turbo will have the first dip for these dumps. Please see my other sale thread if you need exhaust stuffs. -
I have a pair of t517z for 2200 ono + extra for 70mm dump pipes

Purchasers will get the new oil lines and drains and what ever else is in the picture Item: A pair of high flow N1 Turbo. Rebuilt by Adelaide Turbo Service Age: Used Condition: In excellent condition Price: 2000 ONO To Fit: (What car) RB26DETT Location: Gold Coast Contact: PM Comments: These turbo came with the car. I've been told they are high flowed N1. Caveat Emtor on this one. These came with the car so I can only go by what I've been told. They are in very good condition and were not in the car long after rebuild by Bill @ ATS in Adelaide. These turbo produce awesome midrange power and low rev response. Perfect for track GTR. There isn't any shaft play at all. Previous owner was saying that these turbo produced around 360 rwkw High flowed Garrett turbo Hmmm I should have clean these turbo lol The Canon lens shows the dirt really well If you have a set of light weight rims in 18x10 or 18x10.5 with 22 or 25 offset and want to trade, let me know

Oil Control In Rb's For Circuit Drag Or Drift
9krpm replied to Sydneykid's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Dazmo, what kind of dollar is it for your dry sump and is there anyway of fitting one into a rb with Aircond and power steering intact ?
