Item: R32 GTR gearbox with PPG helical 5sp dogbox. Gearbox has just been rebuilt by Dale Koenecke at K&A motorsport. Gearbox has brand new 26 splines PPG input shaft, brand new nissan output shaft, brand new bearings, billet selector forks, 2nd gears only used for around 100km, all other gears has been cracked tested by Dale. BTW is helical cut dog box legal in QLD? I am planning to move to Gold Coast. Just want to check to see if I can get an engineer certificate for my r32.

Nightracer , I will try to come to the cruise on the 19th if I get part for the PPGearbox in time. I could not pick up the bonnet catch wire as I have been busy and his place is out of my way. I've just been offered a great job in the Gold Coast. I am still undecided at this stage. It will be sad to leave Adelaide but I don't think I will miss SA notorious Regency, defect stations and AIR. Everything that has been said is so true. Took the whole year to prepare the car for this National event and what a let down Decision, decision, decision ......

make an offer greping I am not sure how much it's worth at all. All it need is some WD40 and it will be as shiny as new. Willall tested the same wastegate with Trust T67 on a SR engine. The wastegate functioned very well and boost was stable.

I've got a used Tial 38mm waste gate in the shed. It was bought brand new from ASE, used on my honda s2k for less than 1000km. I had boost creep so changed that to a 46mm waste gate. Boost still creep so it's not the waste gate just poor manifold design

sounds like you did not bed in the exedy clutch correctly. Fly wheel has got nothing to do with it. Both fly wheels are balanced from the factory. I've driven R32 GTR with exedy twin and mine has OS tripple. Both were not great until bedded. I am keen on the GB as well.

Hopefully my honda s2000 will be ready by then. I can't wait to get into the low 11 or better. However with the rate of work done on the car I don't think it will be able to get out of the workshop early enough for De and I to pull the head out and check the engine before 4,6&R

Keir's Willall racing workshop has just been built. I am sure Peter will have time and space to rebuild the engine soon. From what I gathered the stock parts are pretty good. However if you will have the resource to go full out, Keir also got a spare OS 3L engine atm. I am sure if you offer a good price he won't say no

I am keen on a GB as well. Can't afford it now but if there is a GB\, I dfinitely get one. I will try to do some overtime make up for it . Reducing rotational mass is always good.
