  2. The cima was awesome. I have never seen in in person until the saturday. Thanks for putting on the show for us hotwire
  3. Thanks for all the compliments guys. Glad you guys like it...there will be more next time ....hhehhehehhee The GTR ATTESSA is so easy and enjoyable to launch compare to my honda. There wasn't much skill involve there. You guys are too kind with compliments. The car was retuned at Willall yesterday by Martin and Peter and it is awesome at 1.4bar boost. I will be at Lala for some more practice this Sat. Is anyone going out there this weekend?
  4. Nice photo guys. Thanks I was too busy and could not make it out there this year Looks like you guys had a lot of fun
  5. how much for a powerfc handcontroller for a 32gtr only?
  6. Hey busky, nice power there You should have enter your car too. Sorry I did not call you as we all have to be there at 0800 for crutineering. Thanks nightcrawler. ....hehehe I picked up the car on Monday. Faxed my entry on Tuesday. I was hoping that Martin could retune it on Friday but he got really sick Peter Hall took the car for a drive and said some one had f*&k up the tune since they last did it. Not very reassuring to know just before the day. A little bit nerve racking to run a badly tuned car but it was good fun though. Glad you guys like the show I did on the last run. It was a shame that the cat/knock light came on just after the first timer and I had to cruise to the finish line. I think the rev limiter dumped too much fuel into the cat and caused a knock/cat warning light to come on. It got me all worried on the way back though. I dropped down to willall and got Keir and Peter to had a quick look. I will try to get it tune next week. Finger crossed for Martin's well being heheehh There are a few more things with the car that Willall racing will sort out before completion. Do you mind email me the pics/video?
  7. It's nice that you like it. It's loud for me though. It's the first thing I will be removing from the car. I like sleeper car more. My driving habit aldready attract too many unecessary attention aldready BTW I will be selling this exhaust soon.
  8. You are more than welcome mate. If my entry is accepted I will have to be there at 8am Nightcralwer. Let me know if this is too early for you.
  9. very nice car and colour welcome
  10. Apparently the close date is the 20th of Nov. I called them this morning and a nice and polite secretary said they are still taking in entrants. Just faxed my entry form in For more information check their website www.sportingcarclubsa.org.au Hope to see you guys there.
  11. Is it too late to join the hill climb? I just bought a r32gtr and want to see what it can do If it is too late to join, I can meet up with you and cruise/give you a lift up there Andy. How do you like the titanium exhaust sparkmanv11? Mine is a tad loud for me and I am thinking of switching to a HKS catback. Does the titanium get softer as it age/more use at all?
  12. I am not sure what it is but I certainly like it to be brighter as my other car is a honda s2k that comes with standard HID. I will have a look but does anyone know what globe the 93 Vspec GTR use?
  13. have you got any 6000 kit for a 93 R32GTR?
  14. how come cobra is allowed to race in this race? Was it sold in Australia as production car at some stage (before I was born )? Looks like you had a fun day guys. I was inundated with work and could not make it out there again. Gotta reduce my work and get a life next year
  15. sunday cruise will be great Andy I am hoping to come out on Sunday
  16. I am keen for a sunday cruise to Lala. Anyone else free on Sunday?
  17. I am still spewing that I missed it too. The clutch stuffed up big time at the drag on my best and last launch on Sat night Hopefully I will meet you guys next time.
  18. the street car did 9sec the race car is doing 8 sec on both street legal radial and slick. I have a video of it doing a "check out pass" at Jemboree 2005 at 8.89 160mph with treaded radial WITHOUT Nos .....but I could not upload it If my math is correct, the car is the second fastest gtr in the world, behind hks, on treaded radial atm. It's only around 0.1x slower than hks 8.7x record. Go Willall!!!
  19. Sounds like fun guys, please count me in. Good luck with the car Busk Hopefully I won't break anything at AIR the day before otherwise I may need a lift from you mate. <_<
  20. can I have a pm too?
  21. could someone explain in a little bit more detail how the car behave in the wet with this unit with high setting?
  22. Ever since I heard bad news regarding Odyssey and the customer service, I've been using Optimal gel cell. I have used a blue top and currently a yellow top battery. I had no problem with them so far. You can purchase them cheaply from the battery shop on Research road.
  23. Do you have to put the car in the show if you want to just enter the dyno comp?
  24. Damn I missed out on another cruise :banghead: So many familiar cars there too. When is the next one pple? It will be nice to catch up.
  25. that's what I thought too busky Your car will only use more fuel in closed loop ie cruise/constant speed where the ecu detects leaner condition and add extra fuel. In open loop it won't know which fuel is in there. The added avantage of this fuel is better knock retardation. So you can run more boost/timing safer. If you want more power you wil have to fill up more frequently It's part of the game unfortunately.
