I think it will be more fun to attend the regularity comp as your runs get timed. The infrared beacon is switched off during open practice day. I am keen for November as well. The weather won't too stinky hot and the track is not cold/wet either.

this is a open track day isn't it? My car is no good for drift mate. It's a drag and circuit car. It will be nice if we could all catch up and do a few laps at Lala

I was going to rig up a water + ethanol injection system for high boost. The ethanol is a good knock retardant and also produce extra O2....just like NOS but not as good. A lot of people gain more power with the water + ethanol injection system by leaning the engine out a little bit more than normal. However with this fuel available from pump I don't have to worry about the plumbing work. I think it's a great fuel and will give it a try soon. I am still worried about long distant or interstate trips. Does anyone know if this fuel is available in other states?

ethanol is a good knock retardation so you can run a bit more timing ethanol contains oxygen so more fuel is needed compare to before overall you will use more fuel than before but produce more power from more timing advance. Fuel consumption will depends on your right foot.

Tin, would you be interested in a R33 4 doors with RB26DETT and 4 or 5 speed auto? Engine and gearbox fully rebuilt and should be good for high 11. Complete with engineering certificate and regency approval.

Don't know mate, I am still waiting for a big bill Just tell them I sent you. You might be lucky and get some discount K&A uses Computer Assisted Machine and they will almost never stuff up your disc. Slotting looks good and it's functional as well. Worth a try andy

that's PPG and K&A address K&A just did mine stock rotors. Their CNC miller did a beautiful job. You can order any slotting pattern you like. The more pattern the more noise and $$$. I had 6 slots. I've not had them fully tested yet. I had some hot spots on the front rotor from some roads up the hill. After slotting and use on the road, these hot spots magically disappeared. There is no noise either.

the motor is fairly standard -standard OS giken RB30 bottom end -standard RB26DETT head and valves -standard throttle bodies The turbos are "standard" T67. The body and chassis is pretty much stock and only a wheel alignment away from circuit racing. Other mods are......well I am not allows to say May be there is a misinterpretation some where between the oz slangs and the yanks' vocabs. May be this will pass most defect stations in the US or even their CA smog test . May be any drag car that still has manual shifting is streetable in the US. Who know? The race car, imho, is a beast that can only be unleashed on a well prep track and Keir is probably the only few people in this world that can tame this beast.
