I had a quote for and engine out engine in for 2 grand. Thats just taking the engine out so i can work on it and then one i am done putting it back in. I have been told you need the engine out for a GTR rb26 (in the r32 anyway) because of all the gear under the sump not allowing you to drop it. Just what i have heard no practical expirence. (yet)

Yeah i thought she was a little laggy, never been in anyother GTR's though so i have nothing to compare it to. Used to my 66 mustang with a V8 in it with a smooth power band not something that spicks up at 6000ish rpm. When should the stock turbos kick in? What rpm range?

They are still on the car and i cant seem to see any other numbers or plates. Full boost comes on at around 6grand in second. Sorry about the lack of info. Thanks for the help guys

they say "084 hks" on them the 084 is small with the HKS quiet large...

i just pulled off my air intake of my rb26 out of my r32 gtr and found 2 hks turbos and i am wounding if they are standard or if someone has put them on at some stage??? How do i tell what model of HKS's they are? Cheers Thanks boys

Yeah i have f**ked turbo seals, Oil all through my intercooler and piping. Its fine unless i boost up over 5 to 6000rpm. Getting new turbos soon.

is there any shaft play in the turbo? Does it blow any smoke? Cheers With the r34 steering wheel fit an r32? I might need one for rego!
