Just another small thingy, am thinking of getting a Nissan Aero/Sports/Altia Front Bar which i believe is suppose to be of plastic material Do they come pre-painted in Series 1 colours only (yellow, red, white) or Series 2 colours as well, i.e. bayside Blue (TV2) Am told by a local importer a diff story. He said he can acquire a OEM aero front bar from Nissan but the the front bar needs to be painted. Said something abouth these kits as being replacement in accidents, etc hence the need for painting. Can someone clarify this?

I heard that the paint from fibreglass kit comes off easily compared to plastic ones. Is that right?

What's the main difference for a fibreglass kit vs a plastic (factory) kit other than the fact that the former cracks easily. How do you spot a fibreglass vs a plastic one as well ?

Looking for a R34 Nismo Aero Kit GT-T front bar, in bayside blue if possible. If you have the rear bar and side skirts, please lmk as well. Please pm or reply if anyone has anything, and is willing to ship it to WA. Many thanks

Got a mate who's lookign for an evo but he's located in Perth. Let me ask him this Monday

Called Danny and emailed him in regards to a r34 S1/S2. He said he will get back to me soon. It's been 2-3 weeks now >.< Btw, is it a standard procedure to ask for a VIN before importing a vehicle? Apparently, Danny was a bit reluctant to tell me the VIN. I just want to go thru the VIN thru the NISSAN Fast software.

Looks like it's all good then. Am currently sorting my finance and choosing for the right shop to import the vehicle Btw guys which insurance company did u guys go for? Am currently 24 this yr if that helps.

Damn.... early Jan perhaps? Problem is during the end of Dec / Jan ppl hardly work or will work. Won't this delay the whole importing/compliance process? I'll be damn if the car has to sit in the container/workshop cuz of some public holidays/etc

Did they say how long the car will take to arrive at Aus? Were you given a VIN number before bidding for the vehicle ?
