been lucky so far (which is bound to run out) but my chaser cam with factory yellow fog lights (jdm yo) and ever since iv had the car iv been driving with it on all the time and so far have not been pulled up by hit. thats going through a few booze bus, RBT and TMU pulled me over to check the car and all lights were on and nothing was said. unless you have HIDs on a car which is not meant to have and its blinding ppl then yes you deserve to get a fine and a defect. but if its just factory ights and all it does is give you better light without blinding ppl then i cant see what the problem is. most new cars these days have "driving lights" just for looks. turn them on at night and they dont light up shit.

niroj give wheeltech a call. they are in dande. they will do it for ya. they have done 225 on a 9" and 225 on a 9.5" rim for me so 235 on 10" wont be a problem.
