quite switched on??? lol i dont think so they serviced my R33 told them to check everything. They called me and asked if the car has 4 wheel steering and im like ye HICAS. his like well its not working. your rear wheels don’t turn when you turn your front wheels...told em it only comes on while driving you freaking noob and he proceeded to argue with me. when picking the car up his like ye i read about it and you were right. they also pulled out a list of things to be changed but none of them needed to be changed. it was parts they thought are on the way out but needed replacing and 90% of them were vacuum hoses which i replaced with brand new oem parts the week before servicing. never going to ultra tune ever as they try and squeeze money out of you by telling you things need replacing when they dont. so to me not quite switched on. but everyones experiance is differance but im never going there again. oh it was the knox shop as i live close to knox

sigh called few places if used before and all i busy the whole week witht he earliest booking next wendesday. only ppl free are ultra tune but i really dont want them to do the RW as we all know they are a bunch of morons

where can i take my car to get a RWC that knows skyline? need to get it done by the 27th. got a freakin major defect for having HID's. couldnt find anything else car is in good shape and i know it has nothnig else wrong with it.

lol i went through. at every u turn there was a cop so couldnt get away. car was is somewhat legal so wasnt fased. went through then got pulled over and escorted to the bin lol. got done for 4db over as they let off the accelerator and hid. cops and epa guys were nice. had a laugh. didnt get a fine and told me to send in letter attention it to some random person he gave me a name of and he should drop the fine if i get any as my car was not as bad as the others in there and being first time and all. asked before going through my car which was nice. there was a reporter there from hereld sun came to me to ask questions. asked me if what they are doing is unfair for what i got done for lol and am i angry about it hahahaha just laughed and said they are only dong there job.

any reason why it would start happenig know??? have owned the car for aover a year know and last 4-5 services are by status and have never had an issue.

as in oil filter??? if so then no. have always stuck to one filter type which is what ever status tuning put on for me. youll prop see what i mean when i come this arvo once the car sits there for a little while. but generally does it which the oil is sitting at the bottom of the motor

when engine is cold the oil pressure reads between close to 6 maybe a little higher. as the car warms up and gets to normal operating temp it drops to 4. this was before and after so nothing has changed there

ok its nothing big (well i hope not) whenever i start my car (cold start in the morning or if the car has not moved for a few hours or so) i always see as i start the car the oil pressure gauge kicks in and reads high as the engine is cold and the pressure is high bla bla bla all is normal and it drops as the car warms up. but a month ago i took off my rocker covers and plenum to get it cleaned and painted so when removing this allot of vacuum hoses had to be disconnected. while everything was out my cams were visible so just to prevent anything from getting in there i covered all opening and the top of the motor with a sheet. after all the painting was done i connected all my hoses back and made sure i didn’t leave anything behind or any nipples without a hose. all is well. but ever since then when i start my car up, it now takes a little longer then normal for the oil pressure to build up. so when i start my car (if it hasnt moved for a while) ill get a little bit of a knocking sound like tappets with no oil around them and then my oil pressure gauge kicks in to the normal high read and the noise stops (all this happens within a second maybe less but its noticeable). i have checked for any cracked hoses or lose connection or to see if i left anything off and i cant find anything. Other then that the oil pressure reads as it normally does. any idea what this could be? i have checked oil level and also have done an oil change and its still the same. could this be causing any kind of damage??? ta Ash

LOL charles any panel shop will be able to do it man, just take em out and tell them what you want done.
