  1. Thanks mate. I have bad turbo shuffle though and apparently the hard pipe kit does not help. The car goes to Racepace next week, so maybe it is just poor tuning and they will hopefully sort it out. R.I.P.S. Racing did the fuse box cover and oil catch/radiator reservoir.
  2. Nismo = win. I love how simple yet effective all the parts are. I want that... Oil catch can Ti Brace Intake and Air box Here are some fresh shots of mine...
  3. It has finally arrived from Perth!! Now just have to get it registered.
  4. Hi All, I have a Tomei Ti Expreme cat back exhaust from a BNR34 GTR for sale. Installed on the car earlier this year, so not more than 6 months old. $1,100 It is getting removed from the car around the middle of next week. Regards, Shaun EMAIL: [email protected] MOBILE: 0402 083 611
  5. What time do the garage meets normally wrap up?
  6. Hi Guys, Looking for an R34 GTR fuse box cover. Anyone got one they want to offload? Cheers, Shaun
  7. Awesome, This will be my first SAU VIC meet. Looking forward to prowling the streets in my new GTR!!
  8. Is this your first investment property? If it is, starting locally is a good idea as you can keep tabs on the property a lot easier, meet the agents in person, view and maintain it regularly etc. If you do want to look further out you can look rural, whether it be in Victoria or Interstate, rural opportunities are where, if you do it right, you can make good money, both in capital growth and rental yeild. I bought a property in Gladstone (QLD) just as the LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) started going nuts and now the place has 2 or 3 long term LNG projects, is at capacity and will be for the next 7 to 10 years. I am getting great yeild and have made some good capital growth. A good rural market here in Vic to consider is Warnambool. Also Hastings as this is the area planned for the Port of Melbourne expansion to be finished by 2020. Anyway, enough rambling from me, if you have any questions let me knwo
  9. RB25's Represent!! The last two engine bays are super clean - great effort!! Hanalo, what intake plenum is that? Hypertune? It is a monster!!
  10. Here is an interesting photo. It is using an internally gated EFR BW 8734 Turbo... http://www.full-race.com/store/turbos/borgwarner-efr/borgwarner-efr-8374-turbo.html
  11. This came up really nice!! Amazing what some attention to the engine bay can result in. I LOVE that strut brace, sweet!! What brand is it??
  12. Love the transitional photos through all the various stages of your engines life, awesome!! You certainly have a lot of RB history under your belt
  13. Who built the down pipes? They look really neat.
  14. Here is a few crappy photos of the engine bay in my R34 GT-R which I will pick up on Tuesday next week. Once I am in Perth on Tuesday I will take some better photos.
  15. Haha, yep, it has been around 10 years!! Looking good!! Love the RB28 on the timing cover and the black aero fittings on the cam covers for the oil catch.
  16. Hi Guys, I could not find any threads already running that were devoted to engine bays, so thought we should get one on the go. There is nothing more inspirational that seeing what other people have done to there engine bays, it always gives everyone great ideas on how they can change / improve there own bays. So I will get the ball rolling with some photos of how my R32 GT-R looked just before I sold it...
  17. Hi, Can one of the SAU VIC guys please hold a spot for me? I have paid my membership and received it in the mail, but still can't access the members area to register. I definitely would love to enter. Cheers, Shaun.
  18. I negotiated a price that did not include the Z-Tune front end. Would love to have kept it as it is all Genuine Nismo, but dont have the $$$ Also changed wheels to 19" TE37 as the SSR's need spacers to clear the brakes, where as the TE's clear them. Other than that, it is all as per the photo.
  19. Thanks. Talking of FA, check out these very old school photos (actual photos I had tp scan) from a Nando's meet back in 2001 (i think) and a photo of the crew at the Jamboree to see the HKS Drag R33 GTR. My Car was the white 32 GTR with stock wheels. Jacks Z is in there and Darren's 32 GTR, also a few LS1 boys by the look of it. I can even see Ben's (aka Racepace) 33 GTR from back in the days when it was running the big single and those white Sparco wheels. I remember that night, it was my first time to get a ride in the RPM GTR - ahhh, the memories of the big single, and the noise it made when it cracked gate!!
  20. Sweet, thank you. I am just being impatient - sorry.
  21. Hi SAUVIC, I emailed my membership and made payment on the 7th of September, should I be getting something soon? I want to enter my car in the show and shine but can't access the members section yet. Thanks in advance.
  22. Absolutely!! I am meeting up with Darren and Dan in October to say hello, haven't seen the boys in years. How is everyone going to get their cars to the Nats? Drive or Truck?
