i had red ones on my commodore... got in trouble over them... some cops will tell you you can have them when your parked and others say not at all, my missus had them on her lancer... apparently if they are white lights on the bonnet they are legal, but some cops still argued the point. just add, if you have coloured or thinking of having coloured lights for rear eg. number light surround... we were told they have to be red and only ingauge when breaking... but to avoid trouble, best not fit them at all

doesnt have to be full metalised, i think some places do the 50% metalised tint

i just bought a new element for my hks pod filter... they must be replaced every so often, as they do break away... will post pics of how bad element is soon.

iv been told it is called metalised tint... does anyone know where abouts i can get this type of tint... iv rang a few places and they dont stock it because its illegal...

has it been fixed? is it a major issue?

are they the standard coil packs? or are they aftermarket replacements ie. splitfire...

u can by a unit for it of if you have or get an aftermarket ecu it will cut it out...

as far as heat resistance goes... i wonder how the JJR coil packs go under heat, i mean long term... from what i understand coil packs can crack under heat over time and under the coil pack cover heat gets trapped. But at the same time you can modify your cover by putting vents in to let heat escape i suppose... but then again as mentioned above if the OEM ones last the time they have, we dont have to worrie about long term effects on the coil packs once they are bought brand new...

take it to your nearest exhaust shop... should cost anything for them to sus it out...

depends on how much power you are after, tweaking the comp will only get you so much power output, can you run larger injectors off a tweaked comp? or do you have to run a aftermarket ECU? i have a microtech ECU with 550cc injectors ect., you can get them cheaper than that second hand...

does it say anywhere on the diff housing what type of diff it is?

i think the R200 centers are for non turbo cars (skyline, silvia ect.) can anyone confirm this???

i guess we might have to wait for a magazine to do a test or something to really know how they perform against each other, as said above some people are a bit iffy when it comes to chinese products but also as said above some of the chinese performance parts are proven to be a good option being a direct replacement of performance upgrade... does anyone know what the OEM coil packs are priced at???

does it smell in the car when driving? i have that problem, apparently my exhaust tip isnt sticking out far enough from the rear bar which causes it to be sucked up into the boot...

hi, i might be needing to replace my coil packs and would like to get a set that will perform and last... iv noticed that there are the JJR coil packs (which are nicely priced under $400) that iv read and claim to perform as well as splitfire coil packs which people have used for a long time ($500), will the OEM coil packs perform as well as these other two? would like your feedback or any info on these coil packs or any prefered or recommended brands... cheers 4drftn

as far as mods go cops arnt to worried, unlike nsw cops ect. who are quite strict on mods. as stated above 3 months unless your vic registration expires before the 3 month period

check the bulbs and make sure your plugs are in properly...

may connsider MT series handset...

does anyone know if a MT series handset will work/suit a LT series ECU?

hi, i have an R33 rb25t and i have put an atmo bov on the crossover and my car is ideling high and ruff and running a little poor as expected to happen using a atmo bov, now... question... would i need to buy an EIDS (electronic idling stabilizer ) or will it be able to be tuned out using my Microtech LT-8 ECU, which i believe controls my fuel and ignition. cheers 4drftn
