  1. pro strength is about the only one that really does anything, another option if you cant get decent fuel is water meth injection
  2. if your buying a GTR and need to get it inspected in the ACT, take it to Trojan they pretty much only work on GTR's
  3. get a new turbo +1
  4. petrol will work, it just cheaper and stinks a whole lot more, try no using a wire wheel, I have used a strong solvent in the past and left it to soak, paint thinners wax and grease ect
  5. fuel leaks suck, and fuel pumps that haven't been installed correctly can cost you big time!! that screw on fuel tank seal is a huge pain in the butt
  6. harness bars are all the rage in the states with them selling kits ect
  7. there is nothing wrong with a harness bar and bucket seats until you crash.. if you want to run a harness and fixed bucket seat get a half cage at a min its really that simple, so do some solid research and you will find the right answer.
  8. what I do is clean both surfaces, make sure all the studs are good, use new nuts, and a oem gaskets and a light amount copper gasket maker never had an issue with leaks.

Infamous HKS GTRS Turbo's for sale Bought them second hand off a SAU member with 7km's on them I sent them up to Turbologic in Wollongong to check the balance on the VRS machine and to have turbine housings ceramic coated, come with gaskets and still wrapped up from the balance!!. Reason for sale was going to use them to get a 9 on low mounts and factory looking engine bay but now im changing the setup. Price:1.5k Location: Canberra Contact: 040328133one
  11. question is a little off topic, GTRS bolt up on sr20's reason im asking is I have a set I want to sell to the sr20 guys GTR'S are old, they will make 500kw but to do it right cost more than going single and your not getting anywhere near as a good result!

  13. the whole no safe speeding thing is a load of bullshit, what is needed is more driver training its simple as that, its far too easy to get a license in Australia, the majority are poor drivers that made bad choices like drive when tried, not leave enough space, don't head check, don't give cars a basic safety check before driving ect, I know i'v definitely made some bad choices like I mentioned we all have, its simple if you want to road test your car do it by yourself somewhere where there is no one else that can be endangered and if you get caught cop it on the chin or do a track day and go in the slow/beginner group

  16. so I have a good question has anyone had a precision turbo fail and what's everyone's opinion on them only being air cooled
  17. +1 for Trojan he's doing my build, and can pull a gtr motor out fit twins and reinstall quicker than most people can just swapping twins with the motor in place, plus the upside with pulling the motor out is you can check all the under plenum hoses and welsh plugs for leaks ect, and I'd be going -9/gtss they are awesome on a stock 26!!
