Why is that time and mph so hard to believe?My DR30 has run 13.2@117mph several times(pathetic i know)., nicknick you will always cop words when you say you have a 10sec R that has not yet run a 10.

Who would want their motor rebuilt with second hand cast pistons and a repco head gasket anyway. If your getting it for free take it,because thats all its worth. That said,enjoy your new car and best wishes for the new year.

That car is WRONG! Hows the oil cooler hangin out the front! Its just wrong.

Its easy to run 11s on the forums.My car runs 13.2 with 340hp.Im sure it would go quicker with 280hp and a broader power band.That is my turbo is big enough to spin a dyno but on the track lag is killing me. Maybe i need 3 feet too Bogrolls!!!!

Go tomj!!! I havent seen your coupe yet but be sure to let me know when your finished.Whats the go?Stock ecu/turbo etc?Let me know if you need any help/advice as ive suffered quite a bit already and am quite a bit wiser for it. Yeah picked em up yesterday after i had big hassles not having an invoice.(customs are knobs)No probs after Brent(nengan)helped me out. Still waiting on cam sprockets as being an older model they(Tomei) had to make them up

I pick the cams up Monday.I was down at Customs today getting burnt! They woudnt let me them have today,just teased me with them and told me to come back and fork out their f***en gst/duty on Monday!

I was down at customs(airport) today getting stung for duty/gst on parts i ordered and had time to read their little inhouse customs magazine.It had a little section in the back where they boast about their monthly scores such as 428gr of cannibis,12 dehydrated bananas etc etc. Anyway,one of the things listed in the fraud section was auto passenger vehicle/parts.Something to do with the papers a bit bogus and the items confiscated.....?

benny-the motor was built with Arias pistons but all else(cams etc) is stock.Turbo is GT30 with external wasgate

Awesome day well organized and run. Couldnt help notice the two highest readings came from 4 cylinder cars.....hmmmm?(stir stir) Maybe the six cylinder tractors can compete next time!

I think the rim could be fixed fane,as the outer is just steel. Try someone like Summerfield engineering in Kenwick as he makes steel rims and stuff. Your stunt driving skills have been tested and you passed.Good work.

Just so your not ignored,i also couldnt compete with my 1983 stock turbo so i did something about it.....bolted on a GT30;) The 7th is good for me.....cant wait:uh-huh: Todd

Yes Paulie,ill be in for a retune soon now its run-in.Thinking about the run-in,i have done a hillclimb,sprint day,drags and a autokhana in its first 2000km.
