Should I change the pistons (install forgies) while I take the head off? Or leave them with my current application which I mentioned in the first post??

Thanks for the prompt reply guys, Tangles thats a nice list of items you have there for your head work. I think I'll end up going with the 1.2mm by 86mm. Another thing that I was told was that I might need to get new head bolts as the old ones might be stretched at wont tension properly once put back in place? Is this true? Or do I just re-use the standard/old ones?

I going to be taking the head off next week and I might as well get a thicker head gasket for my R33.. My current mods are Power FC, HKS2530kai turbo, Z32 AFM, FMIC, Custom TuneAgent Exhaust manifold and split dump pipe 3", Bosche 023 fuel pump, Im running around 18psi boost, and I wanna be on the safe side and get a thicker head gasket. What size/type is recommended to suit an RB25DET? Also, are there any gasket kits available for an RB25DET, including intake plenum gasket etc?? Cheers.

I agree with this, i just used them to purchase a blow off valve for my R33, and they send me the wrong parts. When I emailed them for an exchange(which was stated on their website), they said that I ordered what I ordered and now i have to basically live with it or sell it on ebay. Im never using nengun again, extremely poor customer service.. I also felt like reporting them to Office of Fair Trading, but im not sure if they deal with international issues. Ill have to find out..

200kms per tank with your current mods sounds about right buddy, dont upgrade turbo and injectors and think that you will save on fuel, the more power your line puts out the more fuel it will suck..

When you get your gearbox oil changed, check how much metal shavings have been collected on the magnet at the bottom of your gearbox, this will determine how much thrashing you are giving your gearbox.. I recently changed my gearbox fluid at home with a mate, and i discovered 3 clips attracted to the magnet, my mate reckons they look like linkage clips, whatever they may be, its not good, even though i still can change gears smoothly, i get grinding in 3rd and 4th gear when flat changing..

I've recently searched on a number of other forums for the location of Lola the prostitute on the artwork for GTA 4.. Some people dont believe she exists, but others think she exists, but is very hard to find, like the Big Foot search in GTA3... The only hints so far are: * She sucks on a lollipop and hangs around the docks. * Another clue was that she was found in the police database by a few players and the report said that she was last seen in Star Junction.. Has anyone seen her? If so where abouts? just a suggestion for the location.. how about the new place at the airport, they have a perfect size soccer field (lucious grass which is maintained)with 2 goals and nets, and a good BBQ area on the side + seats and all.. i think its called brindabella park..

might have been Georgia from the forums and her 33 is non turbined..
