well stuart checked over list, all me needs is stock rear bar/side skirts, gtr copy front bar, gtr wing, cage, seat for nav and a stock turbo with steel internals and its all good! dont think ill be able to get cage in for a while though

yeah, he was pretty slack aye! also that blaCK GTR complaining about 'oil' or something coming out of his car :-P excuses . heres what the front bar looks like now.... lolz

how many k's on engine? compression tests?

assume id need a stock turbo, not sure about suspension, wether body kit is accepted or if it has to be stock, strut braces and things like that.

yup, coulda been a lot worse. slid into the bank pretty parallel and it was a soft dirt/mud bank so it kinda cushioned it

well.. hillclimbs are approx 1km - 1.5km in length and average 34-53 depending on car. only ones ive done is Highclere near burnie, domain in hobart, collinsvale in hobart and the basky one. can find apps and schedules at www.nwcctas.net or www.cmitas.org. browse youtube for vids on all will link some vids tonight when i get home.

mmm spotto this at kingo car wash yesterday :-) do like look of it.. thinking respray of my car will be black or gunmetal :-P now just gotta raise cash for that lol.

was me, jamie in the black gtr, scotty in the evo and steve in the 350z going up to highclere, magna did well actually towing the car! jamie had a close call turning his gtr into a flat pancake. :-) 10hrs driving, 770kms, 6 mins fast driving....worth it :-P lol soooo tired now. awesome hillclimb track! will upload my onboard vids soon.

hey man, how many k's the engine done? did you do compression test before you pulled motor out?

ultimate goal with car is repspray with gunmetal grey, new vented bonnet, possible DMAX wider f/r guards, and rollcage installed.

problem is... i dont really want the GTR look.. which is why im eventually gonna remove gtr bonnet, get rid of gtr wing and grill too. I like the big wing look have always wanted one, granted people arent gonna like it, but in the end its my car :-) i wanna do some tests with the wing at a track day as its adjustable. and hey, if it proves useless at a point i can take it off, whack it on cheries car when she gets a skyline :-P
