ok so here's the go i just got my skyline tuned up n ready for a run....1 problem... ive never been to eastern creek...ya know the place where u can run ur cars on wednesday nights.... can somebody tell me exactly whats required...including what it cost for entry and safety also if its weekly or fotnightly and when the next night is on for entrys etc...?? thx peepz!

not exactly the answer ur looking for but from what i have seen you can get a pair of gtr turbos second hand for about $400... why not sell the sr20 turbo's and buy some gtr turbo's?

full boost 15psi on rb25 turbo on rb20 is at 3300rpm...all the way to redline...its extremely torquey...

i totally agree with what your saying ive got a EGT gauge and im currently running 15psi all day every day on my rb20det and its been almost 3 months and hasnt missed a beat....when it was being tuned we went off the pyrometer to see as to whether it was running rich or lean, more importantly exhaust temps and so yes i definately recommend one for longetivity of turbo.

my stock computer on my rb20det has a rev limiter at 7500....i rev it there all day long. get top torque all the way! might i add my engine has never missed a beat...thank god!

unique autosports only have the r33 type asnd ive got a r32....??? are they the same??? ive got my intercooler piping in the standard position.

well today i purchased a HKS pod filter for my rb20det its got -14psi boost -apexi safc -rb25 turbo -front mount -exhaust and now a hks pod filter... now that ive installed the air filter the safc seems to be reading a lower afm level. why is it that a high performance air filter is giving me shit crappy performance??? http :whistling:/cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...:IT&ih=012 this is the actual item ive purchased. does it need like a custom cold intake??? if so does any1 have any examples?? my standard box use to feel like it pulled and worked better...and ran richer....

what kind of turbo are you running??

check your ignitor pack ad see if any plugs are loose...and that its earthed out....and tightneed down to the head... check dat all coil packs are plugged in properly...

i was fiddling with the coil packs and unplugging them 1 by 1 and seeing which was supposidly faulty...then when i fiddle with the ignitor i realised the plug was slightly unclipped...so i pushed it in tight n hopped in n bobs ur uncle...all good

thanks for the speedy reply...how would i be able to check if the engine is no good...if it is the engine what would needed to be done as so it can be fixed??? ill check the screw in the back plating....

ok quick update...it was the ignitor pack plug...it was kinda loose!!!! fixed now.... although revs seem like its missing a tiny bit....during idle....could be afm??

my nissan skylines oil pressure is extremely low...during high rpm its only at the 1st quarter or just over a quarter dash mark on the gauge... is my engine oil pump about to shit its self....... any1 have the same issue...where does your rb26 oil pressure sit on during idle and during higher rpm.....
