I'm sorry, my wrong; the little fella was injured not killed however he is in a critical condition. Lets wish him well.

I do hope this owner wasn't using spacers. They put excessive stress on the wheels stud and cause these types of failures. If this is the case you can expect a blitz on wheels and their compliance, for obvious reasons.
