Choosing A Car

Hey Mate, I know these differ from your list, but id look at these personally. Just to be different Lexus http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/deale...&__Qpb=true 300C (pimp style lol) http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/deale...&__Qpb=true
2. Hi mate, im in north western suburbs aswell. I normally get all my parts from Jerry at Japan PLus autos in Epping. If he doesnt have it I go to Japwarehouse in Tullamarine, they are members on this forum. Jap Heaven arent too bad either.
3. To add to the topic, on my way to work this morning at 8am, there was a camera car on the side of the road, a falcon wagon with green P's showing and quite dark windows. They are definitely out to get some revenue!!!
4. Nah its a copy mate. It would fit a 4 door coz it is the same size front and same lights. I prefer pick up mate, that way who ever buys it can see its still in perfect condition, not a mark. If i posted it and something happened and you received it broken or cracked, you would be mega pissed off and id get a bad name for selling dodgy stuff. Sorry mate
5.

Hi mate, im in Meadow Heights (3048) I originally bought the bar/kit from Mybodykits. I already sold the side skirts and rear pods.
6. Sorry to hear mate. Im in the northern suburbs aswell, I will keep a look out and if I see your car around, I will pass on the information to the local police. Its a shame, thats the fourth skyline ive heard of going missing around here in the last 2 months. But none of the others had alarms. What was the number plate, incase they were not clever enough to change them?
7. Price Drop $150. Need this gone!!!
8. The pic is on an S2, but it can fit either an S1 or S2. You use the grill that you have.
9. Item: R33 Jun Style Front Bar Age: 2 months Condition: Excellent (hasnt been fitted) Price: $200 ono To Fit: (What car) R33 Skyline Location: Melbourne/Northern Suburbs Fibreglass, still in white gelcoat, unfitted and unpainted. Was going to get it fitted, but I need the cash for a new turbo set up. Ceramic is on its way out!!! Pick up is preferred. Bar is the same as pictured, but without indicators.
10. I had a similiar problem on my R33. It was the hose coming from the fuel pump to the connector under the car. It was split in the middle, so the only way I picked it up was by having someone look in the access panel in the boot with a torch, and then I was turning on the ignition to prime the fuel pump. Because it was wet under the car while it was off, but you could only see the leak when the car was on.
11. My mates car was in with JB Hifi for the last 2 years and a 110amp power supply was supplied.
12. This is what it looks like: http://www.larpro.com.au/larpro/category/154 Yeh, it connects straight up to your battery........ one wire from your negative terminal and one from your positive. Those are the two pins on the plug. You have to use atleast a 4awg cable. That then plugs into the power supplies that they supply to you at autosalon.
13. You have to make an Anderson plug connection on your car, which connects to your battery. My friend just did it for his car (JL Audio Mirage) for this weeks autosalon. Once you make the plug, at the Autosalon, they supply you with a power supply that is connected to the mains and plugs directly into your car.
14. Hi mate, try Arma Protection in Keilor rd. Niddrie/Essendon...... Ive dealt with them a few times over the years for my car and family members cars. Very good work, with a good range of tints.
15. Hey mate, I was in the same situation as you. I just went the Jim Berry. Yeh, you might be up for a 30-50min phone call lol, but he is a top bloke to talk to and deal with. It wasnt that long of a wait either. I spoke to B.G.T. in Hawthorn aswell, they were also quite clued up on the situation.
16. +1 for the coilpacks! My car was/is doing almost exactly the same thing. Blowing out a bit of black smoke and smelling like fuel when you start it up? My car is at the mechanics now and waiting for a new set of coilpacks to come in. It was fouling the plugs and make the car sound and go like a tractor. Only like 30kmh, misfiring badly, lucky it happened on my street coming home.
17. Thanx for the tips guys......... taking out the windscreen washer bottle and loosening the fuse box worked a charm
18. Hi guys n gals, Is there an easy way of changing the globe? Its in the weirdest position ever! Neither my mechanic and myself could get out hands in there to get the plug out. Is there an easier way of changing the globe without taking out the coolant tank, the windscreen washer tank and loosening the fuse box? Thanx
19. Make: Nissan Model: R32 Skyline Sedan Milage: 106,000kms Transmission: auto Colour: grey Location: Melbourne RWC supplied? yes Currently registered? yes Price: $8,000 ono Contact:pm me or 9408-0616 Mon-Sat 9am-5pm, 0414 908 819 after 6pm or sundays Comments / Modifications: Very well looked after car, in excellent condition, serviced every 5000k's For any further details, pictures, check www.carsales.com.au add number 5849656
20. For any suspension work, id reccomend Chris at Centreline Suspension in Thomastown highly! My skyline and previous car have gone to them, as well as about 5 of my mates cars and everyone has been 100% happy with their work.

Engine Is F^%$%d

I just got my car back from the mechanic with the same problem. What the problem was, the coil pack wire was shorting out and caused the car to misfire like hell. He replaced the sparks (copper ones gapped to .8) due to them fouling up and changed the coil pack wire. Car is 100% better.
22. I take mine to Bresciani Racing. Been going there for about 6 years (skyline + my old car) and ive never had a problem with them.
23. Thanx for the advice, il give him a buzz.
24. Hey guys/girls, Ive had a few mods done to my R33 and whilst the car was on the dyno, the clutch started to slip. It made 221.6rwkw and now its time to upgrade the clutch. Ive read the thread in the Driveline forum, but everyones opinion varies. Im leaning towards an Exedy Heavy Duty Cushion Button clutch, just wanted to know what clutch people are using that have similiar power. Thanx
