mate ide get another mechanic to have a look at it. you said you hear the clunking noises when u apply the clutch which leads me to believe that it just may be the pucks/plates in the clutch rattling. get another opinion and keep us posted good luck

hey guys i got my BF series smoked Defi gauges (including all wiring and sensors) and Link controller for sale. Defi Boost gauge Defi Oil Pressure gauge Defi Oil Temperature gauge Defi Link Controller 2 these are used but in excellent condition. include all wiring and sensors (oil pressure sender is brand new and unused). looks like the ""dumb" friend of his has taken great initiative to rectify his mistake by selling his pride and joy to compensate the beema driver for his f**k up. for a "dumb" guy he sure as hell displays alot of common sense. everyone and anyone can have a lapse of judgement, so get the hell over it. everyone on this forum is so quick to point the finger at someones mistakes. p.s- most guys wouldv taken der chances with the cops. worse case scenario they'l extend his suspension and then the insurance company will chase him for the money.

sarumatix if payed enought attention before commenting and making a tool of yourself, u wouldv realised the wreckers wanted $1200+ for an rb25de neo motor. Putraged over here offered to sell him an rb25deT (emphasis on the "T") neo motor for $1500. thats an absolute bargain, seeing how the non neo rb25det's go for that price.

in my opinion ur all cut cause u cant drive half as good as him (especially DIF, seeing how she always has something to say). and all this talk about having his car burnt etc. every single person here has sped or broken the law at sometime,so unless ur a saint suck it in and harden the fark up. if he does something illegal, thats his problem and he is the one who will be forced to face the consequences.

clutch died because it was already worn. had nothn to do with the way u drove it. seems like u just bought it with a worn clutch.

Hahah ok so let me get this straight. The standard 34gtrs that are going for 45k are ok, but one with factory vspec2 interior, nismo rims, coilovers, and evey add on done without having to pull the motor down, for 10k extra is overpiced? Hahaha not to mention the fact the engine bay looks standard so even cops won't bother you. Mate that peace of mind Alone makes it worth every cent
