hey guys looking to upgrade my rad can anyone tell me if it the same as a r33 or r34 i not sure has anyone replaced one with a aftermarket alloy one if so where can i get one it needs to be 50mm thick or there abouts . any help be appreciated . cheers bernard .

my vct hub and solinoid packed it in and made the worst noise i thought my brand new engine was stuffed . tyr unplugging the big solinoid near the front of head on right hand side and see if it goes away . i payed like 150 for the parts second hand . worth a try .cheers bernard

shit be interested in seeing how the block went as when mine blew it cracked big time . mine had 255awk but a bad night and a massive boost spike due to a waste gate line comming addrift . all ended broke 2 ringlands and cracked 2 other pistons as well as the block cracking so sad .

should of picked august bud jambo time cars be every where

aus rotary try that site bud it will be the best bet but think you will find s1 rx7 will do ya job alot run comon hore brakes but not sure what has to be done to fit

sorry rb30 found a complete engine in sydney cheap so took it as it has low kms and was still running thanks for ya help anyway cheers bernard

hey one of my mates is running a haltec in his stagea and never a problem with it .he just getss in and drives it all day everyday .if i could have my time i would of bought one insted of power f/c but hey each to there own i guess . uniqe autos tuned his in sydney his was running a shift kitted auto but now we changed it to manual and still runs well and is good on fuel to go with it .his had other engine mods to but has 260awk if any of that info helps

was i little bit of my own fault really. i had a gt34r turbo high mounted and 40mm gate which was mounted near the steering rack .i have the worst luck that when was doing high speeed and high revs a stick or some thing tore the wast gate line off and so be it .was only a split second and herd the wast gate shut and hit the clutch strait up but looked in the mirror and could not see the road behind . then the flames came oil all over a glowing turbo not a good combo. was massive boost as it has stretch the impellor shaft in the turbo and all. so yeh now the head is flowed full forged everything for the bottom end cams and gears and trust intake with 90mm throttle body and a gt35 82r turbo thanks to gcg . everything is sitting at advan waiting to go just trying to sought out this bottom end and to rb30 i will see how i go with this bottom end in sydney if it is a dud i will def take yours for sure . as for the wast gate lines going all braided this time . alot of money for a stupid bit of hose and a split second. but cant complain of how the car was hauling before the implosion . last tune was 255awk so hope this time will be a little bit higher power figure .fingers crossed

thanks guys . yeh i bought everything forged for my engine now i have to buy another to put it all in it sucks arse cant belive my luck .but all i keep thinking is it ganna haul when its done hope to get big power out of this one .for the dollars spent .killed my paint job funds dam it but all be worth it in the end cheapest block i found so far is 1 g they wont take the head and sell it to me cheaper so gotta take it all .but they were willing to keep the diff the bastards that was the first thing they said it would be sold with out .

hey guys i blew my stagea up.cracked 2 pistons and broke the ring lands off 2 others. was about to bore the block when found it to be cracked between number 4 cylinder head stud bolt and the water jacket .has anyone herd of this before i know 26s had this problem but not 25s . well long story short i need a new block would anyone know where there is one layin around. cheers bernard .

i gotmy rims painted gloss black with gold glitter and heaps of clear looks mad best thing i ever got done .painter hated me as it took him hours to get the rims clean as tire shine soaks into the alloy which i never knew but yeh .

i no this is no help but i want a wing so let us no how you go fitting it . i just gotta find one he he

hey bud i got one gen nissan tie rod end which i bought still in box if ya want it $100 cost me 140. just have no use for it as i got mine rebuilt as there was only one gen one in australia and i needed 2. cheers bernard.

go 10mm spacers and adjustable castor rods you will get more then enough movement .doesnt matter what gear it is all about your set up.

hey guys i need to find forged internial kit for my stagea s1 rb25det . can anyone point me in the right direction for a good supplyer . my current mods are gt34r turbo 38mm teal gate 550 injectors sard reg power fc o44 pump front mount current tune was running 255awk at 16.8 psi if that helps any .many thanks in advance guys cheers bernard.

the conversion is not as hard as you would think. when we done the last one it still cost about $2500 to 3 fully completed .but then again all done with out paying to get someone to fit it .as we done it our self . good luck mate if you do decide to do it . fell free to contact me if ya get stuck.

welcome bud and nice ride you have there good luck with it i bought mine 9 months ago and i still cant stop spending money on it .i keep saying i will stop with the mods but i can never help my self .and in ssshonky defence i fairly sure he was talking about the stagea was never good on fuel and i can vouch for that the old $90 bucks dont get you far . good luck with your sweet ride mate .

hey guys no my turbo isnt a e bay turbo its a hybrid gt34r currantly running 255 awk with out a problem there are 2 e bay things on my car and its the sard fuel reg and injectors will have cam covers polished and pod cover made by sydney jambo and hope the zorst 2 fingers crossed . and hope new wheels will have centres painted black to .
