  2. this noisy sound, comin off from the rear end of my r32. im running on falken912 tyres... initially i suspected that was the tyres, but i'd checked all even the wheel bearings for both front n rear. what other issues dat i had missed? axle? longshaft? any opinions?
  3. im facing same issues 2... i had replaced the clutch fan, n still facing same issue... when stationary, my water temp goes up to 100... oh by da way, im in malaysia, thus its extremely hot over here...

  9. how come so much? when u pump in 4.1 dun it over flow? i managed to pump in onli 3 litres of oil
  10. i jus flushed out my gb oil after running in. wellz, dere's sand in it... any other way to remove all da sands without dismantling da whole gb? i heard i can jus keep on flushing da gb.... neways i replaced my gb oil wif motul hd, 75/90, but onli 3 litres, is dat enuf? how many litres u guys put in ur gb?
  11. i had checked my unis alr, its correct... n balanced.... my long shaft is not vibrating... any otehr known issues???

  13. i just had my conversion done. the only problem i hav, is the slight vibration on 1-2k rev... i had jus checked my tail shaft and its in perfect condition . thus i was told that this vibration might be caused by the gearbox mounting, that's not aligned. Currently i only had 2 screws screwed to the mounting. Could this be the main reason my gearbox is vibrating? Besides the tailshaft issue, any other known cause? -oops, sorry for the spelling, im too used to typing over the mobile phone....
  14. yea its runnin stock ecu, n fuel in msia, its runnin on 97 octane only whcih is da only one available in msia. neways, erm it doesnt jus blink3 times, sometimes it blinks, sometimes it jus stays on... so it jus comes on n off by itself. when diagnose da ecu, it gives 55 code, which means no error... any idea?
  15. i had jus done a conversion from rb20det, to rb25det. prior to dis conversion, i alr had check light issue, whcih had same symptom. after conversion, i still hav da same symptom. i had used a diagnostic tool, n also checked da ecu for faults, but came up nothing. anyone faced sucha situation b4?

  17. sorry, what do you mean by "last mechanic changed the clutch he put the tailshaft on 180 degrees out"??? the tail shaft u referrin to its da long shaft, dat joints to the coupling? is that what u mean? so basically is the coupling joint issue??? or da tail shaft dat connects to da rear axle? or to the main gear box? sorry im really unclear of all this terms.....

  19. anyone has any solution to this??? im also facing sucha prob... only at low revs, esp when da engine is under heavy load. once rev past 2.5k rev, den all goes smooth n the sounds disappears...!!! mechanics told me its due to clutch bearing, but i highly doubt that, as if clutch bearing is not in good condition, when da car is idle, by engaging n disengaging the clutch, u'll hear noise differences... thats da tell tale of a worn out clutch bearing. but this problem only arises during revs btw 1k to 2.5k... sometimes it gets realli noisy...!!! could it be the tail shaft? any more ideas??? anyone solved this problem???
  20. im lookin for complete r32 4 door window rubber lining. jus gimme complete, door rubber lining. as mine had aged, n its cracking. also any stock shocks complete, for r32 gts-t??? gud condition n no oil leaks. and im in KL, malaysia. pls include freight charges. thansk Jason
  21. i was wondering, y wud u all go all da hassle to do so much? previously, i chucked in all 6x 390cc GSR mitsu injectors in, without much modification, n it works. you can even option for evolution injectors which are higher rating. all you need is a jus a hole on da fuel rail, n n modify da wiring, n works perfectly fine. except u might need an ecu to tune
  22. wat im tryin to say is.... white smoke emits out from my exhaust. while im driving it, sometimes the cehck light engine comes on n off. i'd used da diagnostic tools n used the ecu to diagnose to check which sensor spoiled. but it came out all healthy. thus what im tryin to ask is, what else shud i look for? could it be the valve seal causing white smoke? as for my turbo, there are some minor oil at the downpipe and the front mouth of my turbo. as for compression, its all at 120-130 reading for all 6 cyclinders. so it couldnt b my piston rings, am i correct?
  23. recently after i replaced my steering rack and steering pump for rb20det on my gts, i realised da first time i kick start da car, white smoke came out. that was den. now, every monring when i start da car, no white smoke, and check engine light. once i start drive da car, da check engine comes on. when dis happens, i found dat my low rev kinda stutters. im using iridium plugs no8, replaced all da coil plugs alr. i've even diagnosed da car, from da ecu and an external diagnostic tool. which found no error, even wif my check engine light's on. anyone ere noes wat shud i look for? shud i replace my afm? if its my turbo thats need a replacement, wud i b able to boost it up still if i rev hard? coz i did try yesterday, i rev'd it realli hard, n it boosted up to 0.9 bar. which is full boost and found da car still pulling. n when i parked my car, it releases heaps of white smoke. any idea where shud i start? i also realised that my exhaust sensor mounting was burnt, but still useable. i cud still unclip and clip it back. ANY IDEA? PLS HELP
  24. i have a r32 4 door ride in KL, malaysia. Im currently undertaking this conversion. Basically i had to remove da whole rear panel, n replace it with a coupe rear panel. As for da boot lid, ermmm it doesnt aligned properly across da coupe bumper. so far, there's heaps of knocking on da fenders both right n left. My question, can i use a coupe lid? does it align properly? as sedan's lid, da rubber dat ensures water proof, is not properly align thus leaving a gap. can someone explain what should i do??? or anybody had done it b4? pls advice? do i need a COUPE trunk? dis whole process of rear conversion is it right??? anybody? pls advice!!! im stuck n confused...
