    Blocking it off won't help as then I won't be able to use the rear washers. It's just interesting that it happens; I didn't think the car could create enough Gs to force water out of the washer jets and half way up the rear screen.

    Hi guys, Whenever I dig the boot in in the GTR, water is forced from the washer reservoir through the tubing, out the rear jets and onto my rear screen. Does anyone else experience this phenomenon? What can I do to stop it?

    I'm certianly interested. Mine is in reasonable condition... it's not brand new, it came ojn my car when I imported it. It's got obvious signs of use but in good condition. I've got a pic, but it's not a close-up of the wheel only. Where are you located? I'm in Melbourne, but I'm getting a new clutch installed as we speak - this means I'm going to need to take the car for an "extended drive" as I haven't used it in 4 weeks!

    I too give the raised fingure gesture but I've never had a response in the GTR. It's part of Mini ownership etiquette that's rubbed off.. I used to wave to a guy on Nepean every morning when I owned my Rex too. Why not start waving to each and every skyline on the road - maybe we'll be able to locate other members

    I've heard Nismo and ATS twin-plates are very good. Easy to use and able to handle some serious power. I've felt the pedal of a Nismo twin-plate and it feels incredibly light... like a small car. I'm looking at getting one myself too; I've got a multiplate of unknow origin that's a switch and I hate it. It's always a bonus when I go for a drive, get home and haven't stalled the car
